Sitting here at reception, an eerie reddish-brown light outside, the wind's whipping the trees into a frenzy, clouds of  smoke roiling around the sky the smell of burning eucalyptus trees...

Here is a more rational explanation:

Bushfire causes:

Bushfires can originate from both human activity and natural causes with lightning the predominant natural source, accounting for about half of all ignitions in Australia.

Fires of human origin currently account for the remainder and are classified as accidental or deliberate. Fires lit deliberately can be the result of arson or designed to achieve a beneficial outcome but experience sudden adverse weather conditions which results in their uncontrollable spread.

Unfortunately deliberate and accidentally lit fires are more prevalent near populated areas and have a disproportionately higher risk of infrastructure impact. Arsonists place people and property at serious and unnecessary risk, particularly when igniting fires on extreme fire weather days.

You have introduced the term 'conspiracy theory' not I.

I can see the evidence as explained. There are no theories, no conspiracies.....it is fact that our weather is being messed with in a HUGE HUGE manner....and it ain't 'natural' ....it is not 'global warming' nor 'global cooling' .

I have done my research....I have turned my eyes skyward and I 'look' and I 'observe' morning, noon and night.....

I suggest you stop *rolling your eyes* and keep your eyeballs focused on available facts-mainly on YOUR skies.

Suggesting that I am talking though a tin hat does not change what is going on.

I was alarmed when seeing footage on media's first release of burning homes footage ......houses fully alight yet surrounding lawns.....trees and bushy areas quite green and definitely unburnt.

2 days on and further media released aerial footage showed burnt remains and smouldering home sites, burnt out cars.....then a quick close up shot of part of a house burning.....a few shrubs and saplings in the (unburnt) lawn area had 'suspicious' black 'torched/scorched' circular patches around their trunk bases-yet the connecting ground and lawn areas between and around these saplings were unburnt and ........ the actual foliage - was unburnt.

........I see what I 'see'.

You would be better averting your gaze skywards-and stop 'rolling' your eyeballs or you will not see what is right above you!

Record outside temperature readings day and night.....compare to the media and Bureau of met reported temps.

You will become aware of both 'programmed' weather patterns forming regularly yet are not in text books, cloud patterns that are not found in text books......just for starters.
