how do you put a speech balloon in a picture, there doesn't seem to be an edit feature for that in PB?

I used the paint program to add the words, but used photobucket for the speech ballons. You can use PB to write directly onto the pic to create a meme (meme or text).

But to write into the speech bubbles I used the paint program. I couldn't find a way to put text into the bubbles using PB.

Hover over the pic in PB and chose edit>>>stickers>>>signature>>use the arrow on the right side>>>there are the thought bubbles and speech bubbles...even a heart or star to write a message in.

In case anyone has a question about Paint it's pretty easy...just ask if you need help.

Re: CAPTION THIS #9

Maybe others know an easier way to do it, but....

I added the speech bubbles in PB. The problem with that is, when you save it, it cuts off the bubble that falls outside the borders of the picture. To get around that...once I add the bubble I take a screenshot of it.

Then I went into the paint program, chose the new picture and clicked text. You have to drag the text box over and change its size by pulling on the corners.

Re: CAPTION THIS #9

Forgot...

When you save the pic in paint it saves the entire box, which means it saves the picture and all the empty areas of the box, making the picture larger than it really is and off center.

Once I have the picture with the text in the bubbles I take another screenshot of that and then just close paint without saving.

It might sound like a lot of work, but once you've done it, it only a couple of minutes.

That's right, I forgot. The reason I moved over to the paint program is, I thought the text feature in PB was too hard to control and if you need more than a few words it doesn't fit right. When trying to move the text around it would end up crooked and PB is glitchy...delayed reaction to what I'm doing, sometimes.

But more than that, you can't put text outside the picture frame.

Paint is also helpful if you want to send or post a pic or a document, but want to block out letters or a face, etc.
