It was hard to get the Tapa Cloth shot because it's behind a glass frame and the reflection was terrible.
I'm still learning how to drive my new camera.

I had the same problem with my tapestry Dixo because it's behind glass now.
You learn something every day. Until recently I didn't even know what a Tapa cloth was.

Yeah it's a real PITA to photograph behind glass j*oono.
My interest in Tapa cloth is purely because my passion is art and I collect many different styles.
When I bought these pieces I didn't know much about it either so I enjoyed researching all about the artist and the bark of the paper Mulberry tree.
I hope you're a fan too - it's a lovely art form.

Faye, the first thing i thought of when I saw your squirrel pic was : Thief.
I love that photo.

I wish I had thought of that - much better description. Taking a number of photos of the (cute) little thieves - they are all over my bird feeders.

They have trashed all of the bird feeders in my yard too. I think it is hilarious. I love squirrels. They have become so bold, they even jump up on the bench (while we are sitting on it) to jump to a feeder.
I could sit outside and watch them for hours.

Your mother was beautiful, Simone!
Losing one's mother is a very difficult thing to bare. Life is never quite the same again.
My sincerest condolences for your loss.
