Hi all,

JVH good news regards your OH able to play golf! Hopefully you will get to see your mum soon too! Enjoy your warm weather - got the heater blasting here!

Kyliemaree so happy you joined us! A very nice group of people in here. Enjoy your day!

Hey scatty - those were lovely words and so true!!

Just popped around for a coffee with my mum and she had made an extra shepards pie - so I don't have to cook tonight whoo hoo! Also did some grocery shopping and it's still only 10.30am - glad I got going earlier today. Might hit some vintage shops thisafternoon and look for an outfit for the 60s party - I love dress-ups!

Waves to everyone - have a great day!

Re: COMMUNITY FRIENDSHIP THREAD FOR EVERYONE

good afternoon everyone and thankyou for such a warm welcome....

I have finished my paid work for today, so now I just have the real work to do (you know the houseworky/kiddie kind)

I live on the gold coast too. I am married with 3 kids, 2 of whom have ASD and 1 with OCD among other things- the baby (9 years old) is so far, label free. I am catering manager for a school, but also teach hospitality, Physics and Math - so only 12 contact hours a week and then any functions or camps etc.

I still am not too sure what to say in here cos I don't know you well yet, so please excuse the general conversation, but I can't wait to learn more about you all.

Re: COMMUNITY FRIENDSHIP THREAD FOR EVERYONE

Hi there everyone:)
Just popping in after my small break in brisvegas, had a wonderful time, caught up with my children and all the grandies.
Highlight of the trip of course was lunch with rosieglenโ™ฅ
Hope you are all doing well:)
I am so proud of my 2 eldest grandies, Maddie has been working part time for 2 years now and has saved $3000.00 for her school trip to Greece next year and Alex starts his part time job this weekend, just hope they manage their school work as well!
