Hi miss and the surgeon cant do my sons torn ligament till the 30th.......couldnt believe it when he told me.......hate to think of him being in so much pain for so long:(........anyways hes one very tough rooster....stiff upper lip and all that:)

Gee when one has kids one worries about them from birth to the grave...........it seems never ending

Hope you have a lovely weekend planned and that you get to catch up with your niece:)

The car mine is sorted and the OH is still at the panel shop i think he picks it up tomorrow sometime:)

Top of the morning to everyone

Not that much happening today...........might do a spot of gardening.......dropped into a local op shop to drop off some bags yesterday........and they had a whole lot of plants.......something called storm lillies? supposed to be a pink colour.......only 50 cents a plant.......so going to be putting those in this morning.........maybe go out for a bite to eat later on

Jen you are up early today..hope that you are okay,,,
its a nice morning here in Adelaide, sadly it is going to be very warm next week, I hate it when it starts getting up near 30 degrees..I really don't cope well in summer/warm weather..I don't have aircon and really cant afford it at this stage..oh well i gotta keep saving up i guess..

well I went to the doctors and yay iI dont have the mumps whew!!
i have tonsilitis..my throat is very sore and thats what actually woke me this morning :-(, i had my tonsils out when I was 27 and, because they did not remove the whole lot on the right side, they have grown back, apparently if they leave even the smallest amount vehind thats what happens..It's also my third bout this year,

But I am supposed to meet my mum and aunty for lunch in the city..and as much as they drive me crazy..i still love them..so depending on how I feel at around 10.30 ,i will see how I go...

well I am going to go back to bed for an hour, just taking my tablets(you will probably hear me rattling very soon..LOL!) I have13 tablets to take in the morning and a total of 23 in a day

missy, I have afriend coming over on saturday, i am also making some cards and church on sunday..

I might also be getting a cockatoo, one of my carers is looking for a home for hers..she says its a bit viscious, but she also said she has not had much time to train it..it was meant to be her sons..but as usual mum is the one looking after it..it's name is BB, Bl#@dy Bird, IF I take him I am changing his name to either Charlie or Fred..it's abig decision the bird is only 7 months old and they can live to be 100+ years old...

But if I don't take him I said i will try to help her find a good home for him!!She is giving him away cage and all!I don't have to worry bout Naji as i have had budgies before and he does not even go near them!!

Lucky you getting a cockie........and boy will it rule the roost........they are a ton of fun but they have to be shown that Mummy is boss:) Would be marvellous company for you:)

Hi Ladies,
Had a grumpy babe yesterday so didn't get a chance to pop in and say hi,ended up taking him to the doctors because he kept on grabbing his ear and crying though he had no temp.Glad i did as he has and ear infection:-( but after a couple of doses of antibiotics he's much happier today:-)

Pj if you want i can call into my local bird shop and ask if BB can be tamed as he's only young,I've gotten very friendly with the owner as we call in a least once a week, and can get some good advice for you.I'll be going past there this arvo on my way to my mum's so it would be no hassle.

Hi Jvh sorry to hear your son has to wait so long for surgery,hope they have given him some decent pain relief to see him through.Have fun in the garden, are you guys still having hot weather, we have yet another cold windy,wet day.I just want some warm stuff i am over being cold.

Hi JVH - not good your son having to wait so long for surgery - I hope he has some good pain meds - (I was prescribed tramadol for my foot which did help) - (still limping a bit here may have to go for an ultra but I'm hoping not). Glad you got your car back!

Hi pjbear - missy is great - missnogal bit of a mouthful -
I buy home-made cards from a local lady and she personalizes them so beautifully - I'll bet they are loads of fun to make! Perhaps you could sell some on ebay? So much nicer than the store bought ones.

Hi Libby and sorry to hear that Baby is not the best..........but thankfully they bounce back super quickly:)

We are copping very warm weather and is drier that you can imagine..........really shouldnt be putting more plants in but cant help myself:)

Yes im not that impressed with him having to wait so long.....but apparently Myers is the b all and end all of Doctors does all the Broncos stuff.........hate knowing hes in pain turns my stomach:(

Hi Miss and do hope you catch up with your little niece........know how much you love spending time with her........i bet she brings so much joy and sparkle into your life:) Youve had a real rough trot with your foot..........i guess as we get older we just dont bounce back like a 20 year old any longer:(
