grrr, haviing probs with some posters again, wish they would pull their heads in and back off...
they are questioning me about centrelink now...its none of their business. fed up with them...its in the jeepers its quiet thread, youll see what these posters are really like... I cant even get their posts removed..have tried but they remain..even though I have been called a follower of satan and its been said burn the witch..these posters seem to ba able to say what they like..grrrrrr

Good evening to the thread and hi everyone♥
I am home and had such a wonderful break, could not even begin to describe what I did but I went everywhere man lol
The highlight of the trip was the boat cruise and the place where I stayed was superb and I lived in the pool and had the air con on24/7 was darn hot.
I will post some pics later in the week.

Miss so sorry to hear of your OHs problem, mr beam has has a problem with depression for a while and he is on Citalopram 20mg one a day and they helped immensely.

May I just say it saddens me to see rubbish bought to this thread, it is the reason I deleted the original friendship thread, surely there are other areas on this board that this stuff can be sorted out in.
Everyone has trials and tribulations somewhere in this life and this thread is here I believe for friendship and support not to nit pick and get involved in petty disputes, okies I will button the lip now:)

I came home to 84 emails lol and have been going through them, slowly:)
I have amongst them a few that have asked me to start another depression thread, I have been thinking about it for a while, and if some of this thread thinks one needs to be started, just let me know your feelings about it and we can maybe toss it around:)

dont feel powerless hon, just do what you feel you can, and just remember sometimes its as good to just listen than to do any physical stuff...try not to stress too much, it may be as upsetting for your friend to see you upset, than her illness stressing her...Did that come out right,,hope so, but if not I hope you know what i am trying to say..

anyways let her know please that she will be in my prayers and as always you too sweetheart!

Thank you Bear.......and have you thought of keeping some powerded milk in the house.....you mix it as normal and just put a couple of drops of vanilla in it and that takes away the powered milk smell.......geez i cant spell tonight:)

Good morning all. Yay I am on the net.

Welcome back to those returning. Best wishes to those who are not well or have close ones not well.

It is cool and rainy here but I am loving it. Good day to watch some of the 100+ dvds I brought with me. Oh and the books I have stockpiled. lol

Yesterday was a lovely day and I actually slept in until 10. Unheard of for me. Slept in until 8.30 this morning. Making it a habit. We were to move on but too wet. So will sit it out. Not too worried.

Hey everyone thanks heaps for the warm welcome back 🙂 Sweet dreams to you too missnogal. I think I am in for a very long night, still have a heap to do and the deadline is 10.30am in the morning.

Oh well think I'll be having a nana nap in the arvo tomorrow. I'm off taking my special needs princess to her specialist Tuesday so won't be around for a few days. It's quite a long track so thought I would catch up with a friend at the same time.

PJ sorry you had a seedy sleep, I know what that feels like!! But hoping tonight is better for you and you wake up refreshed and feeling a lot better:-x

bella, hope everything goes well for lil miss princess on tuesday..I will be making sure i have a goodnights sleep, got my sleeping tabs ready to go oh and bought 5 litres of milk! I love milk, and will drink it by the bucket full , I am having a late tea again..LOl..didnt feel like cooking or doing the dishes,,so nipped round the corner to the chippie and got a burger,,its nice but nowhere near as nice as the ones I made when i managed the fast food shop!!!Was trying to figure out what was missing and realized it was the BEETROOT,, cant have a burger without beetroot..LOL

well got another funny story for you..it's another one of those A Day in the life of Pauline!!! I got tonnes of these and sadly they are all true!!

I Love beetroot , one day while making a beetroot salad, I decided to drink the beetroot juice, there were 3 big cans, i was helping cater for a Kids camp...so I drank the juice over the course of the day, plus ate lots of beetroot, went home the next day, and went to the loo, umm my wee was bright pink,,it freaked me out ( I did not put 2 and 2 together at the time)I though it was blood so went to the doctors, she did an urinalysis as she was a bit shocked when she saw the colour..she sent it off and rang me later that day and asked me if i had been indulging in beetroot? thats when the penny dropped! LOL..the dr actually said , that she had her suspicions that ,thats what it was..prolly the colour gave it away! she said that the lab technicians thought it very funny!! I was sooooo embarassed...now i know if i am going to over indulge in beetroot I know what to expect!

Bear reminds me of when the boys had to go the medical to go to Nam........the National Serviceman that is. There was a cordial called Mynor.......and it was a known fact to drink a bottle of that straight before the medic tested your urine would put a very high sugar content in the wee test.....was one of the many ways some of the young people got out of having to serve:(
