hello peeps!

well I must say, that it was an interesting day yesterday, I got up for a little while and went back to bed cos i was sooo tired, got up again for around an hour and went back to bed, and stayed there til after 10 pm, and have just come in to the kitchen to get a drink,,and have been playing some of the games on the threads..some of which are quite funny...

Naji is in one of his moods and does not want to be petted, but no doubt soon as I get into bed he'll come cuddle he always does,,he is like most cats , its only okay to pet when they say so!

well its back to bed for me,,,and no fear I wont be taking a break ....

Sounds like a good idea Dame. But only if its not going to be overwhelming for you as well. Please don't take that the wrong way but I think the world of you and I know how much the last thread at times got you down.

At the same time I know what a blessing you and the thread could be to those in need.

Whatever you decide you have our friendship support and love.

OMG OH is in the bathroom ripping out the walls where the plumber will do his work. It is totally gross rat poop, ants galore.

I am so glad me and the princess are going away!!!!

Hugs dont you just hate renos...........we are doing mothers estate at the momento........im having a day off today and going out for morning tea:)

Oh dear, poor Rosieglen has lost MILO, he is her puddy that thought he was a King, I used to call him King Milo, very sad for Rosie and her other half as he was such a well loved member of the family, hugs darlin for you♥

Goooooooooood morning all and another humid day here on the Goldie...........had 5 mils of rain over night...........good for the garden.

Well the excitement if you could call it that over the last couple of days........is that a very large and angry snake got into the basement of mothers very late sunday arvo.

To cut a very long story short..........i rang the snake catcher service........yes madam we will have someone there first thing Monday.........needless to say they didnt front till later yesterday afternoon..........after a gruellilng 1 hour plus in the basement the catcher declared the snake wasnt there .........or had crawled out through a hole under the slab.........needless to say i was relieved.....but not impressed that it took 24 hours for him to front........of course they are apparently super busy up here at the momento.......

Regards a depression thread - I think it is a wonderful idea and so thoughtful. In my opinion if it helped even one person back onto the right road (and from venturing down the wrong one) - it would be so worth it! With you at the helm and being so compassionate and sincere I think it would make people feel safe to come in and get support.

Shock horror its raining up here today.
I made a decision awhile ago to get rid of austar my son and I are slaves to it I'm up to midnight watching it some shows I've seen about 3 or 4 times it costs us $160.00 sometimes more and its not value for money they have about 6 new shows a week I watch and quite frankly I cant afford it, my son and I need to go out and do stuff instead of sitting in front of the box. I am thinking of getting Select TV which is $45.00 per month as they dont seem to have many shows on tele after school for C.
I vaccummed and washed my car yesterday so I didnt have time for a walk and I planned on going for a walk this arvo if this rain clears up!!
I'm going to start C on swimming lessons and we will be visiting the beach on sunday mornings for a swim previously we would be up till 4am watching movies, not anymore a new leaf has been turned 🙂
Pauline dont worry about the knockers I think their just jealous, lol.
Dame depression thread sounds great I've been welcomed to post my thoughts here no matter how dark and JV is just beaut snakes and all, lol.

Kezza I am so proud of you!!!! You have come so far - 'C' will enjoy the beach/swimming lessons so much more than watching t.v. shows and you will benefit with the change of lifestyle too! Washing the car is as good as a walk exercise speaking anyway. You go girl! And absoloutely this thread is here for good days and bad days.

My sister from Adelaide and her family are coming over for Xmas to stay with me (my first Xmas home in 3yrs - the last 3 with OH's family in the US) - so I am very excited to have Xmas with my family - particularly after having lost a much loved nephew earlier this year.
