Good morning all. Wet and miserable here. I think I need a boat to get the the ferry. lol

Well yesterday my grand daughter decided to go missing with some of her friends from school. She was gone all night and has finally turned up at her friends house. He mum of course is not happy. But at least she is safe. I hope this is not a taste of things to come.

Bella if you can find the cook books Symply too Tood to be True, they are great. I have the five and the food is low fat and very delish. Simple to cook as well and I never feel hungry.

R is not marching on Anzac Day, and has not for a number of years. He is just not interested. My grand dad was the same.

Hoping the weather fines up as we want to go to the raspberry farm tomorrow. Then of course Sunday will be spent packing. The ferry leaves Devonport at 7.30 pm and we are only 40 ks away. So will head in mid afternoon.

Hi Purps and i bet you were beside yourself with worry about your grandie.........geez you never ever know what they are going to do from one minute to the next thank goodness she is safe and lets hope there are no more frights like that

Hi Chris hope u had a super day as well.......i got to spend precious time with my big strapping son there were lots of remarks about how short and dare i say how fat im getting also lol

I don't dare argue with my son as he hs grown up to be quite a bit bigger then me. I can't put him over my knee any more haha. He is now 24 so it might be a bit strange if I did. Have a great weekend full of happiness

Good evening to the the thread and I hope everyone is well:)
I am so annoyed with myself, I cannot seem to read sellers instructions re payments and I often find that I bid on an item only to realise that it is pay pal only.
I do not have a pay pal account and will not have one, one of the reasons I stopped selling on ebay.
I cannot believe the amount of sellers that will not accept direct debit, okies, vent over lol:)

Lol to the Dame..........yes paypal can be a bit of a pain but in a lot of ways is instant and does give the buyer protection as well. Also one can see who instantly paid what.........i guess there are lots of arguments fore and against........nothing is simple these days:)

hello everyone ,I have been very busy these last few weeks, had some surgery on my face, to remove some small tumours, and they were akll fine and benign...yayy! then was rushed to hospital 3 days later with a secondary infection, came back home 54 days later and basically have been on the go ever since, I am starting to organize my holiday to Tasmanias, to visit some friends and to meet upo for the first time with a fellow cs'er, we have become very good friends over the last 2 years,,,and this is one friendship tha is special, she has stood by me through everything,

I hope everyone is well and that you all have a nice long weekend..

thanks for all the well wishes, & the comments about my bag really made me laugh, I still cant find my other purse , so i am still using the cbroken one LOL!

well I am feeling really good atm, a bit tired but other than that i feel good,

ps dame re the paypal, payments , I often email the seller even after the bidding is finished and ask if a DD is okay, I have not been refused once,, I do have a paypal acc, it is linked to my chequing account, so the money is automatically taken from there..

is there a reason you dont like paypal? (answer only if you want to )

Gooooooooooooood morning all and another magic champagne day on the Goldie...........no humidity yet...........hoping this weather holds for the Vets tomorrow.

Not much happening here will go out to the garage sales and get a spot of breakkie and then hopefully feel like doing some sewing later today.....in other words a nice easy day planned:)

Raining here again today and I have 3 big loads of washing out:(
The seller will not accept a direct deposit so have emailed her to see if she will accept cash as they are only small cheap items as in earrings, I do not have pierced ears(long story) so I am always on the look out for nice droppy ones and I really liked the ones she had, so will see what happens:)
PJ, it just does not sit well with me that ebay demands I have Pay Pal to sell and I will not be told when I am paying for an item what method of payment I must use, just put it down to me being contrary lol
