Well I'm off today to look at motorised bikes and scooters for DD16 in order to give her more mobility. Wish me luck!!!! 🙂
Fingers crossed I can find something within my budget for her that will give her maximum benefit.

I'm also thinking of checking out the High School sometime in the next week to see if its possible to do a partial enrollment for DD14. They seem to have improved with their approach to disability and have three on one supervision for special needs.

I am not sure they can cater 100% but there may be a possibility of some support for her. We will wait and see.

Anyway with that in mind its a big day ahead so I am off.

Oh geez Bella the old darling next door has just what you need..a lovely mobility scooter thing in a burgundy colour..........hes 89 and to my certain knowledge hes been on it twice...........just wont use it doesnt think hes old enough to need one..........makes his poor wife rip out her hair:)

Good luck finding one.........have you looked here on Ebay.......i know with a lot of mothers stuff i sold it on here and got good money etc

Thanks PCT:-x thats lovely of you to say. I try my best but mostly I really do feel quite lucky that I have great kids.

I hope you've had a great day today, its been beaut and sunny here but looks like its going to be another cold night.

Won't be long and snow will be falling on the mountains, actually it wouldn't surprise me if we get an early snow season this year.

Well I just got back from the bike shop and we were able to find a motorised burgundy trike. It's absolutely ideal because it has a large basket on it and there is no chance of it falling on her. She has limited strength when it comes to holding things up so we had to find the most stable solution. The other bonus is it looks quite trendy as well.

I looked on ebay JV but the there was nothing like this there unfortunately. When I pick it up in a week or so I'll take a photo. It's pretty awesome wouldn't mind one myself lol lol 🙂
