Gooooooooooooooooood morning all and top morning in the make here on the Goldie.

Got the kids arriving soon..........but have to get out and about for my garage sales.........cant break the routine lol.

on the boobylish side of things it is not so sore today, so tabs are doing their thing already, Im off to see my baby boy who is 6ft2 play football, i love watching my babies enjoying life, he is good at it to, so i have given myself permission to enjoy the day and have told my body to relax and go with the flow haha.

Thank you Zaid........got my kids arriving soon and we are going out for a steak a little later on.......yes i used to love seeing my son playing his sport ....dont forget to take the camera:)
