Goooooooooooood morning all magic day here on the Goldie after a cool night last night.

Looks like some of you in the southern areas are really copping foul weather..........please stay dry warm and toasty and of course safe:)

Miss would love the receipe for the corned beef that you mentioned in your last posting.......that sounds yum:)

Good morning all!

Hi JVH yep the corned beef was yum - just threw it in the crock pot with approx 5 cups ginger beer/1/2 cup vinegar/bay leaves/peppercorns - left on low all day - was very tasty - had it with garlic mashed potatoes and sprouts/broc.

Cold wet and windy again - enjoy the warmer weather!

Dame haven't seen you about in a while hope you are travelling well!

My good friend kinda like a surrogate mother took her life on Saturday. I am so sad as now I have one less friend and dont have many now left. I would text her at 1am with my dark thoughts and she would always text back.
I know if I tried harder I coulda got to feel better. I only talked to her last week on fb.
I feel so sad and empty yr gone I'm gonna get a butterfly tatoo to remember u dear friend. Until we meet again yr with yr mum where u wanna be only wish I could be with mine as well.
Yr shout when I get up there as u beat me.
Yr little doggie and pussy cat miss you yr doggie hasnt stopped crying. Miss ya mate

Oh darling Kezza, my heart hurts for you so much, she is safe now her pain has stopped regardless of what anyone says about her taking her life, she took it to a happier place for her, as sad as it may be to us left behind her reason is hers alone, no one will understand why or how,

That's So Sad for you Kezza,
We are very lucky in life if we have such wonderful friendships even if they are only for a short time.She will live on in you always with your memories of her.You may even know what her comments and reactions would be to certain things you think,do or say?I'm sure as such a close friend she would want you to do your best to find happiness in your life as she tried (by the sounds of it) to help you in the past.I would think you now have an extra angel watching over you and cheering for you.
As a Mum myself,I wld think yr Mum would want you to find happiness in your life,the happiness you deserve to find.
