Good Morning to the thread still morning here, lol.

The weather here is terrible it is so hot and humid I really dont know how I will go this summer its been this way for 12 months now except this month it is even hotter sticker and humid. I cope by rushing into a/c areas as my car a/c is not working very well. We hybinate in the a/c bedroom mostly.
My little baby starts high school next year and we begin the teen years on April 23.
Miss I have bought C a Wii only $269 I will pick it up next Tuesday, its a special edition thingie, lol.
Pct wish I was with ya I go to Tassie each night when I go to sleep in my a/c room, lol. But I would much prefer the 24 hour natural effect, lol.
Waves to bella and Dame and JV. Good news re the old boy JV. Hope the placement is going well Bella they are advertising for foster carers on telle up here and in shopping centres. There is not many options for kids aged 12-17 up here. Also a difficult age to place in foster care as most of the caers want the cute babies and toddlers, no kids with baggage.

Hi JVH rain here too - massive storm this a.m. complete with fork lightening! Stay dry!

Hi dame what a wonderful day you gave Ash! Can imagine it is difficult walking away but there will be lots of cappaccino's and walks!

Had a lovely time at the party - a real treat - and a lovely touch having a raffle with proceeds going to the salvation army for xmas.

Sounds like you had a wonderful party.................and what a lovely touch having a raffle for the Sallies............they do some simply amazing work. During war time etc.........they are the only chaplains to go on the other side of the wire with the troops...........i know my late hubby spoke so highly of them

Hi JVH glad your OH is fit enough for a game! Hope your weather holds! OH advised a huge "O" has been put on the Syd harbor bridge for Oprah. I also find out today if he is going to be hospitalized up there for the cellulitis which is not clearing up well. I offered to go up there if this is the case will speak with him later.

Hiya kezza nice to see you! Wii awesome gift for C. I love mine tho kiddies dismantled it to connect a karaoke machine and I can't get it going again. Stay cool!

Well good morning to the thread:)
I lost yesterday as I was sick all throughout the night before and ended up in an abulance off to hospital yesterday morning with a screaming headache. I have been suffering headaches badly for a while now so they did a cat scan and it was clear, head heaps of bloods none and they put it down to stress, will go and see my gp tomorrow.
I could not fault the treatment I received there in the ae section was buddy marvellous.
A lot is written in our local papers up here about the state of our public hospital and the few times I have had to use it I have nothing but praise for it.
I do have Private health insurance but the private hospital across the road is only open 9-3 for day surgeries, seems such a waste when the public hospital is so overloaded.
Hope everyone is travelling well and we are still having heaps of rain this way.
Miss I do hope OH is better:)

Oh geez sorry to hear that the treatment is not working 100 percent............lifes very full on for you at the momento...........i do hope that your Mumma is coming along well...........hope the OH is feeling stronger very soon:)

Hi everyone!

Hi JVH always seems to be a lot going on lol! OH now has to go for a special type of ultrasound tomorrow a.m. to see if he has a blood clot in his leg as still way too swollen. I will await results to plan next move tho he assures me he coping fine being interstate.

Dame was horrified to hear you needed an ambulance and the emergency room. So relieved all the tests were good! You have been under tremendous stress of late - hope the headache is gone and you can relax and enjoy the holidays.

Bella saw your other post and eeeewwww ya poor thing! Tell OH to be careful up in the roof and hope he doesn't find anything too nasty up there!

Went out for lunch today and was very good and had a Thai salad and one chardonnay. Picked up the groceries on the way home - something easy tonight as don't like cooking just for myself.

Geez Dame you have to start thinking of you...........and yes looking after you...........am so glad you got such lovely attention in the hospital...........our big local public Tweed.........the staff are marvellous...........and John Flynn isnt a patch on it ..........wouldnt put a dog in the private hossie:(
