As a side note just wondering if anyone has a recipe for pancakes, that is easy to make with few ingredients to buy I usually get the shake up ones...

Kezza stinken humid here as well.........really well and truly over it.......and the old boy is supposed to be signing the papers this afternoon

I usually just use the shake ones as well........been years since i used a receipe:)

Morning morning all.

The OH supposed to be signing the contract this afternoon........so we shall see.

We will be moving up to the house that we have been renovating....ie my late mothers get that finished and then sell that. The idea is to have a smaller place here as the OHs family some of them live in this area.....and my family live in Canberra and to have a place down there and to live 6 months of the time down there ie the summer months. Thats the plan anyways......this house that is being sold is or was the the OH and his late wives place so its def time to move on and have something that is ours without all the associated gumf etc

Whoo hoo JVH fingers crossed the contract breezes through thisafternoon! After which you can really enjoy the season and especially the massive forthcoming event to follow!!!

Hi kezza haven't made pancakes for ages but will have a look. I have made them on occasion for dinner parties (put seafood in a nice sauce in them) - or as a dessert etc.
Sorry about your nails they were awesome - but a foot massage is the way to go. (I had my electric blanket on for a while last night lol) was freezing!

Hullo darlings we have a contract it is signed at the legal eagles office with the long settlement that we wanted........still hasnt hit home yet:)

Pest and building here very soon

And the pooch okd by the vet......the old boy still crook:( but doctor has seen him and have to take him back on Monday

Hi Miss yes they are getting there and yes lots of celebrations.....the OH said to me only a couple of mins ago i cant believe that we finally managed to tip it out.........the last 18 months has been very draining emotionally:)

Love rainy days can get so much done:)
