Safe driving happy travels JVH!!!! Although love to hear from you understand totally it is hit and miss with the net and convenience so please don't fret just enjoy!!

Haven't heard from the tile removal guy so my brother has arranged for a delivery of wood for a temp balastrade. In the cycle of life and all bad things this only rates as frustrating lol. Long ago decided to try and take each day as it comes and try and make the most of it.

Brothers birthday today so going out for dinner to celebrate with him. Sun is shining and a little warmer.

Yes Miss just about standard tradie behaviour.  the builder here jack hammered off the tiles and i disappeared for a few hours because of the dust etc.............been super warm here all day even humid lol

Been doing the last stuff.................cleaned the cameras the OH has done the car and checked all of that...........so am getting there........just need to win a little dough on lotto and life will be complete lol

Afternoon all and got into Armidale just on 12 and had lunch with my greek friends................great trip over however lots of pea soup fog between Lismore and Casino so had to pull over for a while.

Glorious trees in full colour right down the highway in the New England..............and here in Armidale was very balmy however think it will get chilly this evening.

Hope everyone is well hale and hearty lol

May log in the am not sure...............hopefully getting to Dubbo tomorrow arvo.............and catching up for a coffee in Tamworth with a cousin...........is a bit like a back to home week .lol x

Hi JVH yay sounding wonderful! Met some people while away on holiday once who hailed from Dubbo - have always been curious! Enjoy the catch up too! Hope it doesn't get too chilly in the pm! Enjoy every minute!

Dinner lovely last night for my brothers b/day - pick the little miss up from school tomorrow and get to keep her for 10 days or so. Her meds have been cut down considerably I only need to give her the methetextrate on two days while I have her. She has other meds which will be daily but not as potent. I have already got her a room ready lol!

Hi Miss and how good is that the meds have been cut right down............that has to be the best of best news for all the family as well as for the angel.

Dubbo is an interesting place................and i love the zoo there..........will stop and go and see on the way back...........big open range zoo and lots of photo opps.

Yes chilly but have a car load of winter gear............came prepared lol got enough stuff to start a shop lol

Enjoy when the little one arrives..............i bet the fur baby will be super happy also:)

Hi all,

What is everyone up to for Mothers day, I will probably go to the pool than a bike ride in the arvo.  So far I have lost 26kg and have gone from a size 30 to 22 and my size 22 pants were falling off me today, lol.  Went on a hugh walk and running just a tad and burned nearly 1000 calories I got my polar sports watched battery replaced.

I know size 20/22 is still overweight but I feel great I have a resting heart rate of 49 lance armstrongs is 32.

Glad I am recieving $820 from Julia next month have spent it 6 ways already and no of it goes to the pokies or for smokes dunno how to play the pokies dont wanna learn either.

Have decided to try to give up the grog, chocolates and potato chips for 12 weeks started last week and I feel miserable, lol.

Son is upset with me as it will take 3-5 business days to get our internet connected so he can play his game reminded him when I grew up we had no internet and only 2 channels on tv to watch and my dad used to hock my tape recorder for beer money all the time, lol...

Get my results from my blood test tuesday hoping to be in the non diabetic range and off chlosterol medication.

Morning morning all and Kezza good to see you............and thats wonderful news re the weight loss bet you are very proud of yourself..............and will be marvellous if you have been able to get off the diabetic stuff etc etc...........you wont know yourself.

Heading down to Canberra for mothers day with the family...........doing the second leg very shortly

Hi JVH glad you are traveling well - 2/3rds yay!! What a wonderful mothers day it will be. Hope tomorrow goes wonderfully well!

Wow Kezza so happy for you - wonderful effort and what a pay off!!! Keep up the great work but it is important to treat yourself sometimes - an odd packet of chips and a chocolate treat I think is of no harm in the long run - we have to live!! Poor C I know what it's like with no Internet but it won't be long! Have everything crossed your blood work comes back with fantastic news for you!!
Great to see you Kezza and love hearing things going so well for you!

Got the little one from school and have been on the go ever since lol. She fell asleep during her bedtime story. I nearly fell asleep too!

morning morning all and yes Kezza you are showing what determination can do into changing ones life

Son rang me last night and said mum u might like to pick me up from work..........much as i would like to i said its going to be a mission to find the house let alone your work thingie lol

Dammed GPS decided to fritz itself before i left........and had no time to go and get another so flying by the seat of my pants.........but have a plan worked out and will hopefully work out

Miss i bet you are on the go all the time with the little angel.........have to throw some vitamins down your throat lol...........they can be very very full on enjoy.

So looking forward to seeing my angels this evening:)
