Afternoon Miss and Jen,

Might have 2 days off training as I found the going a bit hard this arvo decided to step it up as I felt like I put on weight with the night away we had got my size 22 pants today and their too big so I won 2 size 20 pants all from Autograph for curvy girls, lol.

Glad yr neice loves her new jammies its still very warm up here only have a sheet on a night and fan on full boar its a little cooler in the afternoons heading out at 3.30 instead of 4.30.

I am getting a massage on Wednesday so looking forward to her my poor muscles are aching with the workout I've been giving them.

Hi Miss and Kezza and kezza i love autograph clothes are very very nicely designed.

Am at gulgong for the night before heading over to the farm..............was going to stay at wellington but was still very fresh so pushed on over to gulgong..............what an interesting place and heavily into history............could easily spend a few days here with the cameras.

Hope everyone is well.............and Miss yes i have rather a full car...........son sent home some new golf drivers for the OH as well as if i didnt have a pile in there already lol

Hi Jen and Miss got my blood tests results today and it was 6.5 in good control but I only lost 1.4kg in 4 weeks pretty surre I gained a couple of kilo on the night away but good news I tried a size 20 pants on today at Autograph and they were swimming on me not bad down from a size 28/30 to a comfortable 20 still is big but I feel really skinny sounds strange but I think you will know what I mean.

I have 22.4 kg to go to get to 90kg think it will take me the rest of the year sometimes I think I cant do it I just wanna give up but something makes me keep going boredom I guess feeling good about myself when I exercise and listen to my music...

Kezza it's important to take breaks - and I do know what you mean feeling skinnier because you are! Weight fluctuates with water etc! Well done with the tests!

Sorry to be brief I am home with the miss and my pooch is sick. Phoning OH every 5 mins he's at the gym and I need him to come home in case I have to run to the emergency vet. I don't want to take the little miss out in the cold! Pooch is sleeping but is screaming again just started tonight.

Hi everyone

Pooch is fine! Vet gave him an injection and instructions to bring him back this morning if he was still crying/ill He is fine jumping around and ate his breakfast. Vet said if it happens again will take MORE X-rays as is mystified as he checks out fine upon examination. He has his annual check up next month the vet noted but to bring him back immediately another episode starts. Hardly got any sleep last night lol kept checking him but the vet told me he would sleep as was given a sedative.

Was running late this morning but we got to school in plenty time. Kezza you are a wonder mum coz this is exhausting!

Home changing beds and vacuuming before running back to school for the pick up. Thank you so much for concern was a stressful evening here lol!

hi miss and thank god the puppy was ok..............sounds so much like a twisted bowel.

morning all and finally got 5 mins to sit at the comp...........cousin runs a big business as well from the farm.........so its a bit of a mad house but i love it lol

Wonderful fog this am so was out with the cams early ............still got a few old horses....one is hitting the 25 mark this year..............

Heading out to Maitland soonish and having lunch............and of course shopping.................will start the big journey homeward tomorrow............so will be spasmodic on the old comp till i get home...........

Hi JVH that farm sounds beautiful - can just imagine the morning fog!!  Hope you enjoy lunch today and have a safe and delightful trip home!!

You really made me think about the twisted bowel theory Im going to mention it to the vet when I see him next.  It does make sense.  Pup is well and happy atm - I have been feeding him bland cooked chicken of late which was what the vet advised.

Hey kezza - hope you are travelling well!!  I still think you are wonder mum after having the little one for a week - I'm always on the run.
