Still battling the dreaded wog...........will be going to the Docs later for a checkover to see how im progressing........dont feel like doing anything and are very listless:( But could be a lot worse:):)

JVH good luck at the doctors today - hopefully he tells you that you are well on the mend! Wish I lived closer too - would bring a pot of chicken soup! Hope you manage a good weekend!

Yes it will be fun planning a 60's outfit - will prowl the vintage shops and take a look on e bay.

Thanks for all the kind thought been at the docs today and have another appointment Monday am early but to go in there again in the am ie Saturday if not feeling up to scratch
Just a totally horrible wog that takes the stuffing out of you

The OH is getting back to his old self......i think hes missing all the cooking that i normally do:) but like i said in a previous post there is a freezer of cooked food soup etc so hes not about to starve:)

Just really hard not being able to see Mother but thats life sometimes its a bit rough:)

Us parents got stimulated again, actually it was the previous governments stimulation and kev decided to honour it aint he something. Paid my gas and phone bill with it, filled the car and splashed a few treats for myself, hair and nails all budget, deals and at home nails lady charges half price for a good job.
Doesnt take long for it to go...bought my son a game for his xbox. Than I got the eletricity bill $250 it never ends, lol.
don't know if I mentioned I have an interview on Monday from a cold call I made some weeks ago. I will hear from the Wednesday interview on Friday maybe. So I am hoping something will come outa thisw this time make sure u have everything crossed 4 me. I will be working for a feminist organisation so I will be telling u all to burn yr bras if I get it I'll turn into a femi-nazi, lol.
I hope everyone is well a big hello to the new comers 🙂

Hey all!

JVH sounds like you are really struggling with this bug (having to go so regular to the drs.) - glad you are looking after yourself. Hopefully your meds will kick in big time. Not helping your stress levels either, not getting to see your mum, fingers crossed you are well enough to visit her soonest!! Take care and have a great weekend!!

Nef fingers crossed here for some good news job wise!!! Will join in the 'burning of the bras' in celebration! Glad you got 'stimulated' and enjoyed a bit of a spree - well deserved!
