Hi everyone...how are you all..I am pretty good.tired but good. had a good birthday and got heaps of stuff...my friend also thinks I should go on Masterchef...she reckons I make the worlds best sausage rolls! and with only 4 ingredients.....


The lump I had removed from my arm was completely benign..yaaaayyyyyyy!

I hope that everyone is feeling better and your loved ones too...

Hope the job front is looking better for ya Nef!!!

and things in taxachuessas are good too,
I am not sure what has happened to my farm in farmville cos i have not been there for a bit...but farmtown is lookin good,,,

I also play Masterchef on Facebook, but some guy called willy keeps beating me in the chilli challenge... beaten him once, but need to increase my team lol..

off to do some dishes, and a load of washing...hafta be up early tomorrow...need to advertise my old electric wheelchair on this radio show called "Buy ,Swap and sell" it starts at 6 am....(GROAN)..............

Good Morning ladies, just dropping off a tasty and easy peasy slice recipe.


Apple and Sour Cream Slice.

Vanilla cake mix (any cheap no name brand)
440g can pie apple
Carton sour cream
1 egg

Mix cake mix as per directions and spread into lamington tin and partly cook, spread pie apple over partly cook cake mix.
Combine sour cream with beaten egg mix well and spread over apple - sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake in moderate oven.

Taking my Mum for a spin tomorrow, my Brother has purchased a new Duplex in Nelson Bay so we are taking Mum for run down to check out Brothers new pad.

We had one of our old Seniors turn 101yrs yesterday, amazing old chap, still as bright as a button.

Hope you and your OH are doing OK Jen, sorry you can't get to see your Mum.

Hi and thanks miss........we are getting there will take some time but not much we can do about it.

Going to the Docs on Monday am to see if i get a clearance to go see mother:)

Have a super dinner out and yes sure beats dreaming up something different for dinner:)
