Good evening everyone!

Hiya JVH hope there has been improvement in your shoulder. Yes OH in a lot of pain (elbow) but he's still taking me out for lunch tomorrow lol. (Do have loads of cherries in the pantry - will go put some on his icecream) - that way I know he will eat them.

Very quiet in here today - hope this means everyone is out and having fun!

Garage sale at the school was a waste of time but miss enjoyed a sausage in bread (so did I).

HI Miss im getting there........today the OH is driving me up to see the kids which will be nice..........of course hes off to see the game up at the stadium........is football mad.

Those cherries have to be eaten daily when one has gout.......you can buy them in large glass bottles from most shops including Aldi.....had gout during my preg. with my son and a naturopath put me onto them.......hope he gets a lot of relief soon..........sounds like you still had a blast at the garage sale even though there wasnt much there:)

I finished up spending the night in the emergency room at Redcliffe hospital with my BP skyrocketing. Twas 208/88 OMG - talk about feel weird.

Got home at 5am and had a house inspection at 2pm.

Seems the new you beaut blood pressure medication is not so good after all.

Lots better now - taking my old meds till I see the doctor on Monday.

Oh geez Rosie that is so high.........hope the doc can get it sorted on Monday for you.........please take it easy to day:)

heymissnogal, my surgery was cancalled after spending all day fasting, the dr came in at 8pm to let me know, that they had to cancel,I had been fasting since midnight,, but hey these things happen.... I do't post much anymore, found a really friendly forum, there's heaps friendly posters in there, we don't allow any nonsense, bullying or nastiness at all, it's great to be able to post without being targeted and victimised.

My surgery has been rescedueled for the begining of April.

So how are things with you?Did you find anything at all at the garage sale?
LOL I love a good sausage sizzle too..

Sorry Bear you got mucked around with your surgery..........not long to wait now.........take it easy 🙂

Another stinken hot day here..........am so over it had the air con in the bedroom blasting all night.

Hi all 🙂

How is everyone today? I've been busy catching up on some house work. I'm 5 weeks post op now YAY. I can not wait till I can get back to normal with stuff. Atm I still get quite tired but otherwise ok.

I'm looking forward to spending the holidays with the princesses. but I am also reflecting on what my goals in life should be. I am really considering as soon as I finish my counseling dip switching to social work.

Not sure yet but whatever I do I want it to count. Apart from that wonderful to see a little rain here. The leaves are starting to fall of the tree. I love Autumn in this area, its just spectacular.

Anyway better get back to it I've spent far too long on the computer the last couple of days. Have a great night everyone. 🙂

One reason I am looking forward to moving is the change of seasons - we dont get that lovely autumn here in SE Qld.

Evening all.

Rosie I hope you are feeling better and taking it easy.

Well we had heaps of rain last night. Had an empty bucket outside and it was half filled when I got up this morning. We got water in the kitchen area and the carpet got a bit wet in the lounge area. Oher than that it was ok.

Last night R invented a new game. Chase the possum around inside the camper twice. lol He was a friendly little thing. Wanted in out of the rain I think.

Well we had another tiger snake today. Second in three days. I spotted him next to the ute. Not happy as I really hate the blasted things. But R just banged the shovel on the ground and he took off back into the scrub. Hope he stays there.

We move to Ross on Friday for 10 days. Then not sure where we will head. Leave here Anzac Day and as long as we are in Devonport to catch the ferry, no problems where we go. lol

I live not far from Bright in Vic Rosie its a stunning time of the year. Bright has an Autumn festival, the orange and golden leaves fill the streets. I'll have to try and get you a photo when I am up there next.

I like winter too although when it gets in the minuses its a touch chilly!

We are hoping to get down there during next autumn - were actually talking about it the other day.

Once we move and get settled we are going to do a few trips and see some places we have always wanted to visit.

I don't mind the cold - we lived in the Southern Highlands of NSW for ten years - loved it.
