Good Morning everyone 🙂

Not much happening my way thanks so much for the congratulations regarding the job.
Been out walking last day today and 2 days off than back in it for 5 days...
I have gotten my gluclose level down to 6.5 which is the lowest its ever been which means the exercise and this new drug are working. They decided not to put me on insulin as its harder to loose weight this new drugs helps loose weight.

Hi JVH another golf day - sounds like your weather has improved! Thank you brekkie was lovely - hotel was mostly empty but booked out for lunch (fathers day) - so we more or less had the place to ourselves.

Dame bet Ash enjoyed that beer! I would be sneaking in all sorts of goodies too lol! Hope you get some quality dame time - even a waterside lunch with mr beam or a good friend to take time out for a breather and a glass of wine. Does wonders for me.

Kezza so happy for you - health and work (both huge gigantic leaps) into a better life for you and C. Really am so happy for you!

Zaidee so great to see you - wishing you everything with rainbows on top!

Lol Miss way to go am doing a t bone and a red for dinner cooking the t bone in garlic butter.........not good for the waistline will deal with the doctor tomorrow lol

*peeks in to say hi!* Hope everyone is doing reasonably well. I'm sorry I am not on here much, its a busy lil household here but am thinking of you all and hope that life is treating you ok.

Big waves to Dame, JV, Miss, Kezza, Zaid, purple and everyone else that visits the thread. Still have two lil extras here keeping me super busy. Managed to get through my study and now I have a holiday allocation! YAY!!!!! So can take a breather and concentrate on the family. There have been lots of ups and downs and lots of great times too. Guess thats the nature of families and life!

I got a new computer today hubby went halves we actually went to get our baby girl a navman for her new car, she gets it tomorrow, so proud of her we are, she saved for her car and her and her fiance for their house they want to buy next year, well she picks her new car up tomorrow so we got her a pressy, she is a good girl did i already tell you that, hahaha

Well I have been busy helping mr beam move into a new unit and it has a pool whoohoo:)
Picked him up some nice furniture as he had sold his cos he thought he was getting a furnished place lol

I shall enjoy his pool as I do not have one but I have A/C and he doesnt lol
