Hi JVH and thank you - yes hopefully it will be a nice day tomorrow (raining just now) - had dinner with a couple of girl friends tonight (very nice but only one glass of vino as I was driving) - why is it on the dark road home I always get a paranoid feeling someone is hiding on the back seat lol! (OH actually waited up for me - said he couldn't sleep till he knew I was home safe) -

Hi dame glad you enjoyed your shop!! Colorado do have some lovely items. Lol at mr beam taking spare car keys tomorrow. Congrats on doing so well with the ciggies!

Hi Miss and yes can relate to driving late of a night and those scarey feelings that can overtake one..........do hope you carry a phone always and have breakdown cover on the car:) Fingers crossed that is super fine for the big birthday party today........bet the kids have a complete ball.....and all the adults end up tired but happy afterwards:).....have some cake for me please:)

Thanks for the kind thoughts and tips on getting the Scatty cat back up and running - done all of that - and thought we might have a break through when he pooed a couple of days ago but....... poor boy he's just too old! Still purring and getting cuddles for a few more days yet - ah well that's the problem with pet's, I guess, they just don't live as long as we do.
You have all been very busy, since I last posted. I do feel a bit guilty about not keeping up but can only drop in now and again. So nice to have this thread "to come home to" - and welcome to all the new people who have joined in. (Thanks JVH!)
Best of luck with the surgery pj, whoo-hoo dame! - hang in there and beat that nicotine monster.

Don't worry about me lol I'll be fine. I'm pretty sure its not life threatening lol but I will still get a check up on Monday. The breathing is the real mystery because I felt that way when I was anemic and was told it was anemia but now i am not anemic its a bit of a mystery.

I do have a good doctor though and I am sure we will get to the bottom of it. I'm feeling pretty tired. The other thought is maybe I am just doing too much too soon. Anyway it'll be good 😉

Evening all from a windy and chilly Tasmania. I have a pot of soup going. Will put it in the dream pot and will have lovely soup for lunches during the week.

Have had a busy day but managed to squeeze in a nanna nap. lol

Bella remember you have had major surgery. It does take a while to bounce back. But it is a good idea to see the doctor.

Well all is well here. Dame that week went fast. Take care everyone.

Chilly and wet here. But I managed to dry the washing before the rain really arrived again.

Got home made pea and ham soup for dinner tonight. If it is raining in the morning we will book for another day. Can not fold the camper wet.

Well the week has gone quickly, Alex is back home and mr beam is on his way back.
Back to work tomorrow for me but I am not going to be working too much longer as I have decided to go into semi retirement and hopefully just go back to my business on a small scale:)
