The home rang me yesterday to tell me that doctor has decided to try some light sedation with Ash as he is not settling and is showing agression towards the staff, awfully sad her atm.

Hi dame sorry to hear Ash not settling too well hopefully the sedation is only temporary. Very common (aggression) with this illness happened to OH's Uncle (and he was a very large man) - ((hugs)) he settles soon!

Big ((hugs)) all around - tis my uncles funeral today (in Scotland) - yesterday mum and I had our dogs 'fixed' so I'm dogsitting both today as she is playing in a bowls tournament. Have a busy weekend planned going to a fancy dress party sat. (decided to dress as a gypsy lol) - have a great day everyone!

Well today is my Mums 85th birthday, I canna believe how blessed I am to still have her
Quite a lot of family will be at the bay today and tomorrow for her party tomorrow night:)

Waves to everyone else. Miss my house was sparkling, needing to get back in sparkle mode today lol Meeting went well it was a full on review and took 3 1/2hours will know the outcome in about 3 -4 weeks.

Baby bunny is doing well, mum is being watched though, she is not looking so good in the warm weather. I'll try and get a photo of the lil one soon.

Anyway with that must get going, have a lovely day all.

My sister is up and bought her a new lcd tv so she is chuffed
We had a phone hook up with qcat and my brother has been appointed administrator for ash, they denied the application for guardienship as they said he had family(meaning Mum and myself I think) that was doing a good enough job looking after his needs.
Administrator means his financial affairs are now looked after by my brother so that means all of my out of pocket expenses which are quite many I can now claim for(though I probably will not) hopefully though I will get a break with the paper work(not sure though)
Bit of a nightmare all this stuff if one doesnt have a power of attorney.
I have organised the flowers the cake and a few other things , lol and I went on a shopping spree at my favorite Colorado shop today so new shoes skirt and top for me for the party lol

Hugs Dame and so sorry that hes got to have sedation.........but that aggression can and often just lasts till the patient has another little tiny TIA........tiny tiny stroke..........i didnt believe it when the Doc said that but after yet another TIA one of many mothers agrro kicked back a lot of notches...............and she was much easier to nurse.............it is truly one of the most horrible diseases for the patient and the family to endure.

It is indeed The Long Goodbye:(.............chin up thinking of you all :)x

Lobbed in from the golfing soujourn late this afternoon............lovely stop over in Tenterfield.........what a progressive withit country town it is.........the guys had a blast and the girls did a spot of shopping and visited a winery etc...........saw a large roo on the way back this am but it thankfully merged like a ghost into the mist and didnt see anymore.........luckily was driving and just crawling along as i had a feeling that it might have been roo time:)

Everyone sounds very busy...........life seems to be super busy

Dame so glad that mother is enjoying her special day........and very sorry to hear about Ash sometimes these things happen.........he may very well come out of it.............fingers and toes crossed that he does........they are so hard to nurse when they are like that.

Kezza hope you had a top birthday.

Miss hope the little niece is coming along in leaps and bounds........and that of course the Doctors are pleased with her.

Beani have a great time with MOther and hope the chemo is not too rough on her:)x

Bella hope the big check and inspection went AOK..........fingers and toes crossed for the family:)

One just hopes that one is doing the right thing all the time aye and I know you can relate to it as with what you went through, I just plod along hoping I am doing the best I can:)
