JVH so glad you had a bit of fun - thank you so much for all your great input here and personal concerns - means a lot! Got a dreadful phone call very early this am from my ma couldn't walk and dizzy etc so hightailed around in my nightie lol - took her to the dr. (in borrowed clothes) - bp over 200 but thankfully a middle ear issue and she will be fine!

Dame happy birthday to your dear ma and so glad things are sorted and hopefully less paperwork! You are a gem!

Beani all the best and hope everything goes well for you and your dear mum! Thinking of you both!

Bella sounds like an ordeal 3.5hours but bet you 'aced' it - fingers crossed for a l'il prince or princess placement soon ((hugs)) coz you are special!

In the city tonight with my neice (thought we would have to cancel) but things worked out with my mum today - a special treat as her meds have been reduced so glad I didn't have to disappoint her. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend (and their loved ones as they are so very special!)

One just hopes that one is doing the right thing all the time aye and I know you can relate to it as with what you went through, I just plod along hoping I am doing the best I can:)

Hi Dame and yes all one can do is to go with the flow as to what the Doctors suggest etc and hope it works.

What happened with Mother was that one of the little TIAs caused pressure on a part of the brain that triggers aggro........so something right out of the hands of everyone. When she had the next TIA just like the Docs said it lessened the aggro a great deal........Mother had always been very firey at the best of times........and had been warned that yes she most possibly will be full on with aggro somewhere during the illness progression. Its dreadful seeing them being so nasty but of course they have to be nursed and be a bit biddable........and of course the staff cant be endangered whilst trying to do their work..........just all in all super duper sad..........so know what you are going through x

Hugs and you must have got a dreadful fright with your Mumma taking so ill.........thankfully you guys are close.......but of course one does worry about them all when they are living on their own.........life can be so tough for some of the times:( So glad you are able to spend time with your niece.........bet she has heaps planned to do in the city and must love going shopping etc with her special Aunty:)

Mum had a lovely party last night and she had her old sparkle make in her eye, it was a lovely evening, great food and good company and I made a speech lol, have not done that for a long time:)
Mr Beam left at 4am this morning for his break and I shall really miss him:( but he deserves it.
Miss I do hope your Mum is getting better and Beani thinking of you with your Mum

I am off to the home this morning with my brother, he has not seen Ash since he has gone into care so I hope it goes well.
I have pavlova and birthday cake to take up for the residents for morning tea so they should enjoy that.

Good morning all, well i am back home again, darn hospital and their comunicable infections..NOT A LOL!!!!..
hope you are all well, bella have not had the op yet, its not til next year I need to have some pretty intense physio first,,, I ended up tearing 2 tendons a major muscle in my shoulder on top of that di my rotator cuff in and had a pretty serious bursitis...came down to wear and tear with all the transferring I do,, but hey guess it goes with the position I am in,..
JV I am still waiting to hear about the lil pink golf balls and NOT the white ones, what would your MM do if you made a secret switch? would he see the funny side..

yep kezza naji is great thanks, he is 12.5 years old now and a very special friend looked after him for me, as wel as my fish and my budgie whom I called Birdy, who no longer makes budgie noises but because she has cockatiels he now sounds like a cockatiel...LOL he is 1 smart budgie.. I got him when he was 3 months old and within 3 months he can say his name, say "watchya doin" wolfwhistle(sometimes at innapropriate times 😮 LOL call "Naji" say "hello" I thought it was funny to teach him how to say"meow" he catshes on fast, now I am trying to teach him how to count to 5, just by counting the numbers to him, he gets to 2 and then says whatchya doin then starts squaking like a cockatiel, lOL....

Hiya missy thanks for your kindness darlin, I really must try and send you a letter, I would put a pic of myself up here but last time I did well it was not pleasant!!!!some people can be insensitive sometimes, but hey as long as I keep on being my usual cherry self and keep that "warped" sense of humour of mine LOL..I am doing okay..

ooooh Missy I bought myself a ticket to go see john Farnham in concert , he is here next Saturday, so i need to get myself super well..its very exciting!!! it says on the ticket that you can take cameras and cam corders, WOW!!! but no proffessional recording equipment!

I am also booking in for my Tassie holiday, i will hopefully be there at christmas..if I dont go now, it will be months and months before I get there!!

Yep Jen the visit with Gary went well but Ash was pretty agro with the staff on saturday night and sunday morning
There is a box where you press numbers to get in and out of the facility and he was trying to get out and pulled it out of the wall:O
Lucky he did not electroqute himself and he thinks they are stealing his things and he is hiding stuff:(
I had a call this morning they want to see me this afternoon so will see what is happening!
Of course mr beam is away so will have to deal with it myself and the rest of the family have gone after the party.
I just want to put my head now and cry but I guess that wont serve any purpose.
Finally getting the dreaded tooth out tomorrow and this is the 3rd attempt as for some reason I go into panic attack mode and I do not actually understand as I am not scared of needles, going to pop a couple of vallium and see how I go
I was supposed to have it done with sedation but Mr Beam isnt here and I really havent any one to call on to help me cept Mum so will just have to see how I go
I go at 1.15 tomorrow and I just best behave and not go all stupid lol cos I have been living on pain killers
Okies I feel better now I have had a whinge:)
