Hundreds of demonstrators across Australia have broken social distancing rules to protest against vaccinations, 5G and the coronavirus pandemic.
Protesters gathered at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne on Saturday and claimed the global COVID-19 health crisis was a 'scam'.
There are more than five-million cases of coronavirus cases across the globe and at least 350,000 people have died. Australia has recorded more than 7,000 infections and the death toll sits at 103 following the successful implementation of social distancing restrictions.
Brazen demonstrators also carried signs declaring they were against vaccines and 5G technology.
Lol @ the anti-virus shields on the horses

Of course you disagree scum like this should been fined
(I disagree too, they should have ALL been charged MUCH more than $1500)
If they were however protesting an environment concern, you would no doubt want them fined and jailed and they would be all the names under the sun

A bit of a risk???? there were hundreds of them, breaking the law.
Enough to start a second wave of the Corona virus.
I was just giving Dr. King's achievement as an example of breaking some laws to achieve a greater good. I'm sure if we looked hard enough we could find an Australian who has done similar.
I'm not opposed to social distancing and I agree with the temporary clsong of the borders. I think that this have been a good move and in actual fact, oit has made the protest against 5G and forced-vaxx a much safer excercise. I doubt very much if it would have put peeople at any more than a minor risk. I have to respectfully disagree with you about being enough to cause a second wave.

They're idiots who have put those that are vulnerable, at risk, and I'm one of the vulnerable ones.
Any one of them could have infected the rest of them, and so put our State backwards.
We are not in a democracy as long as this virus is around. If you want to get rid of it, then obey the laws of the State.
As for the 5G, just don't have a phone.
More people will die from the flu than Corona. See below
I do believe that aa good deal of what the government has done so far, both state and federal is the right move, but there are some parts which need to reviewed.
Border controls are the way to go. Educating people about health and good nutrition are paramount. Where ever this virus came from it is a cause for concern, no doubt! Getting people healthy, practicing hygene and getting off junk food is a great defence.
People that don't have phones can and will still be affected by 5G. It's not myself and family that I'm only concerned for, I cringe at the thought of others and in particular, developing young children being exposed to the effects of 5G.
If and when it comes to my mobile being incompatible because of 5G, I'll use it as a paper weight and people can just call me on my landline.
People's immune systems function better when they're not stressed out by EMF radiation, bad nturition and toxic chemicals.
Let's protect that.

that's so true sandypebbles.. the climate protetestors cop a lot of flak. but this same QAnon group held an "anti lockdown" protest in Vic a few weeks ago and nothing much was said about it .. no idea whether any were actually fined or not. Interestlngly the FBI has deemed them to be a domestic terrorist threat..
one of our Masterchef judges gets a mention that article

I wouldn't call anti 5 G protestors scum. Neither are people who protest against forced vaccinations.,
Wrong! I have great respect for people protesting against damage and pollution to the environment. Dr. David Bellamy is a man who I admire. He became an instant hero for his protesting a proposed dam at Franklin River. Youtube.com And of course he was jailed.
I'm not an admirer of the Extinction Rebellion movt but there are other environmental and "greenie" activists I have great admiration for. Even Bob Brown has done his bit for the environment.
And RIP Dr, Bellamy the great man. I didn't realise he passed away December 11, last year Youtube.com
He'll be missed.

Totally and completely wrong trying to compare something that has been around for a while to something
that has only appeared this year and is deadlier than the flu and has had more preventative actions taken
against it than the flu.
Maybe try and actually see what it says and compare it as yes the flu HAS killed a lot more people in the USA
because it's been around for a lot of years and has killed up to 60.000 people in the US each year according
to their estimates which can be completely wrong and actual figures can be much lower.
Corona virus has only appeared this year and has claimed the lives of over 100.000 people in two months so
far which is a much higher rate then the flu and it has no preventative at this stage.
If there was any doubt that the new coronavirus isn't just "a bad flu," a new paper lays that myth to rest. The study authors found that in the U.S. there were 20 times more deaths per week from COVID-19 than from the flu in the deadliest week of an average influenza season.

Not in Australia , serious flu is down 99% since corona mitigation
For a wealthy industrial country we have many intrinsic direct or indirect safe guards against that type of pandemic relative to thos regions where casualties have been very high: Mild climate, healthy almost year round sunshine, healthy food accessible to all, the poor are effectively supported, low density housing , low lingering pollution , low density city populations, efficient medical , low air pollution , southern hemisphere , low ambient threat stress , little conflict damage, relatively easy going society, ethnic groups in balance with plenty of living space, equal trading conditions, low pernicious crime , high non-invasive policing presence
