considering his bagging of independent treasury officials, and his latest  attempt to bypass proper procedure.. he's simply too slippery and dishonest. it may be Abbotts idea to attempt to fudge the figures, but they have discredited themselves badly  by constantly attempting to bypass the proper processes. they bag out the greens, but the greens like labor have submitted properly costed policy.
