What to do about the people on the good ship Artania ? Granted is a plague ship. But are they contagion refugees or unwilling tourists ?
Law of the seas I think means we have to help them , compassion says we should help them - but at what risk ? what are the risks ? have we the means to manage all options ?
Maybe allow the ship to stay but all submit to a lab coronavirus test , then for those clear the offer of self paid vacation for the duration on Rottness Island
- sunshine and environmental work will do no harm and garner goodwill with the locals and the cash inflow we be put to good use !
