If we just look at the $'s in this argument ......so like you say Boris, where's my rebate cheque? Been checking my letter box for over a week and there's nothing there!!

I reckon what all these Canberra scam artists will do....after they've play acted all this budgetry rubbish through is put the GST up from 10% to either 12% or 12.5% or even have a go at a 15% increase.

This whole skit effort has been designed to pitt renters -vs- rent seekers, poor -vs- rich, have-nots -vs- have's to try and make all the sheeple agree that EVERYONE must pay....

This talk about a carbon tax/price on carbon was just an excuse for a tax on us. Point scoring newly elected LNPers could not give a rats about the environment.....this was about saving their businesses and business mates $'s - now they have to make up the difference and will make ALL of us pay . EVERYTHING will go up heaps.

I want to know when I am getting my rates notice with the rebate applied.................. and when Origin energy are applying the refund to my account..................and why they were already collecting it

I got a letter from my energy company saying the price will drop next bill and there will be a refund dating back to July 1st. They expect an average drop of 7%.

The most expensive Carbon tax in the world that did zero for the environment.

Now we have to pay $billions, yes $billions for the desalinization plants Labor furiously built for billions that have NEVER been used but we will be paying for these white elephants till the end of their life span for no result.

Ministers and dept heads will fall after the enquiry brings down it's findings on the delivery of pink batts and we are up for over 200 million compensation for all the businesses LABOR destroyed.

It just goes on and on, the ineptitude, the lies, the waste and the loss of the public trust in the system.

And every day we have the bleating support for this failed party and they never mention the failures, its like monty python  "don't mention the war", it would be funny if it wasn't so tragic for the country,  they are living in hope that we will forget it all once the next election rolls aroung.....you know what? we won't! we will never forget.

Thanks Labor, thank a lot for nothing, Oh! I shouldn't say that because labor, the party that never stops giving, except it's nothing the public want.

.....err we had a desal plant built in BINNINGUP just North of Bunbury.....and ....umm....it gets used to supply fresh water back up to Perth

The Southern Seawater Desalination Plant is located in Binningup and is the second desalination plant supplying water to Perth.

The plant was officially opened in September 2011 at reduced output, and was completed and operating at full capacity in January 2013.[1]
