I think it is a process that has to be followed.

They are considering asking for the death penalty, however I think life in solitary a more fitting punishment. With no visits from family or friends.

It is small consolation but good to know, that his brothers were not involved at all.

yes a process but no judge needs to set bail.....he could have bee refused bail?

from what I heard this morning the brothers are being investigated relating to other offences. My heart went out to the daughter of the kidnapper. What an awful thing to have to come to terms with.

The kidnapper has 1 son and 3 daughters.
