Jack can you speak directly to the doctors. Your Dad may not understand what the doctors are saying to him ... they rarely speak english to their patients. Not that an ordinary person can understand anyway

Jack hope your Dad is ok, sounds like he has been lucky not to have any damage.

Freddie you are doing well, there will be times when you are sad but there will also be times when you smile because you have remembered something funny, that's life.

Miss Mioux you have had a journey and a half, it's nearly been a year and you have come out the other side a stronger person, good for you.

PS When my daughter said she was volunteering at a cat sanctuary in Bolivia I thought she meant little cats. Nooooo she means big cats like puma' s. 😮

Phoned the hospital a short while ago..Dad sounded really tired. More so than yesterday...he's on morphine so at least he's comfortable. He said he's feeling much better than yesterday.

Inflammation is what the nurse told me. More tests to be done yet. He's had an eco this morning and will have an mri next and a chest x-ray. Nurse is trying to find a bed for him to go into a ward so that's good news.
