Higs and hugs to all

Lovelives, that is wonderful news that you are able to help out your friend and the little boy (he is not a man - big or little X-().
What a tough decision your friend has had to make to relinquish him, but brave enough to know that he will be loved.
Will you be adopting him or legally be recognised as his guardians?

MsCat, you will feel much better when you see your teacher on Sunday.

Jacks, you will be home now I assume from your orientation. I hope you and your new shoes coped well with it.

Nice to see you Tracey.

This is ust a quick pop in so I hope everyone else is well.

What??? a mother is willingily giving her baby to you?

Has this arangment been ratified by family services?

doesnt she have the support of the babys father or any family anywhere that can help her raise her child?

i find it incredulous that a mother would not only hand her baby over but hand to someone who lives far far away from her...strange. I bet IF it happens the arrangement wont last ,long. A baby should be with his mother (unless there is abuse / neglect etc)

anway, i wont pollute cattys thread any further wth posts on this topic. I feel it needs its own thread away from Cats progress and syn and kylie and all the others here that find encouagement and support in Cattys journey

Cat, the one very important thing this thread must teach you is that there is no need to apologise for your ebbing and flowing feelings. We all understand becasue we've been there too. Hang on for tomorrow coz it'll be a better day. X

The poor mum. She must feel so terribly sad and vulnerable. I hope that the fostering is being done through the correct channels and that the proper assessment has been done.

Re: Cat_mioux's new home

I feel depressed. Depressed for the first time in many years. ๐Ÿ˜ž

The anger must have kept the depression/sadness down or suppressed, as it tends to do. Now all I have to do is heal this sadness.

I'm sorry I'm a sad sack of sulks ๐Ÿ˜ž

I guess if others are reading this, having experienced infidelity, and are needing inspiration from this thread.... you can't run away from the 'bad' feelings.

I don't miss him. I don't want him back. I'm just sad this happened.

Ms Mioux, please put things into perspective!
*wagging my finger at you!!*
What a year you have had, you have endured things that would have a lesser person huddled in a corner a quivering mess!
I don't think you even realize how much strength you have shown, how great an example you have been for others.
You have done it - and helped so many along the way.

You are entitled to feel a little lost and sad, geeez loiuse! With all that has happened...... But you HAVE come such a looonggg way ๐Ÿ™‚

Hugs Cat. I get depression, its scary and it sux. You can get through this, you probably already know meditation is great for lifting depression.

Was wondering if its another layer lifted and a new challenge revealed that will contribute eventually to your healing or growth and it was brought on by all that meditating you did recently.

I admire you too.
