Bat Totem
Bat people are very perceptive - able to pick up on subtlties and hear "what's not being said". Bat symbolizes change, new beginnings, and the abilty to hear the "inner voice". Many people who are clairaudient carry this totem. Bats symbolize rebirth. They move through the darkness with swiftness and grace and remind us that in times where we feel "in the dark" we must tune in to our finer senses and inner wisdom to guide us safely.
Bats are precise and efficient creatures and can come into our lives to tell us to be more effective or adapt more precision in our work - sometimes the answers are not easily seen so bats tell you to intuitively seek your answers in new ways.

Personal Reflection...
Bats are often misunderstood and feared for no reason. This is typically because bats are creatures of the night and mysterious. They do not see or look like other animals - and that makes them a bit unnerving to some. When bat comes into your life reflect on instincts - allow yourself to be guided by your inner intuitive radar when answers are not readily apparent.
I am going to pause and meditate on this-thank you ms Cat the world works in mysterious ways...hahaha BAT.gold :^O

re your [pre]integration and transformation[/pre] Ive been thinking of this process and I can say Ive been through it a few times (different triggers)and what I noticed is that although I can sense the emotion and remember the emotion to an extent,I dont revisit it,I dont express it..I can name it,but I no longer feel it..sorry,its a bit difficult to explain,but maybe you understand anyway?:-x

Re integration and transformation. I know exactly what you mean. It becomes part of you but it doesn't have the same impact as it once had. It doesn't control you. You no longer see the world through that negative emotion. I try to re-visit the anger but it's just not there. I can summon it up in my head but not my heart. When it comes from my head it is just cerebral and because it has no depth it goes away almost immediately or other thoughts take its place because it's no longer 'interesting' to me.

What an amazing journey this all is.

It's great to see you are all still here supporting and drawing strength from each other. What a long way you have all come since this thread started. I feel very privileged to be in your company. :-x
