Catty, that picture is just amazing wow!!
Home Wednesday ๐
They are organising for the District Nurse at home to call on us on Thursday, to check 2 row's of stitches around Mr F's neck, which arn't quite ready for removal yet. Also the drainage tube from the lymph node removal area in his neck is still not ready to be removed, so the District Nurse can check it and remove it when it's ready to be removed. I offered to do the deed but he declined ๐ฎ They removed the stitches from his leg today OMG they cut him from the knee to the thigh ๐ฎ where they removed muscle and flesh for the transplant into his mouth/cheek palate area. I wonder if he will need to shave the inside of his mouth B-) We have had many a *silly giggle about this* :^O
Higs and hugs to all โฅ

Yay for Wednesday Freddie ๐
How much more comfortable Mr Freddie will be once he can be at home, in his own bed, laying on his own sofa, sitting in his garden.
Does Mr Freddie have hairy thighs? :^O

Thanks for the comments about my lil Princess, and your messages of support//concern....
Samantha is growing quickly, nearly 11 months and is walking holding on but standing on her own. Has 8 teeth, good appetite, growing vocabulary, and able to follow a few simple instructions as well as able to identify her family members in pics and grab her fave toys on request! Clever little chickadee!!
My Nan's birthday lunch was a lovely family occasion and the weekend was a lot better with the ex then previous so slowly getting things how they need to be.
another step was going to centre link today to make the single parent status official, and upon their insistence apply for child support through CSA. Had a 'talk' about it with him tonight where he again suggested that he is soooo hard done by but just kept to the facts and spoke honestly........... Twice now he has asked if I " have met someone" pfffft ....seriously!!
I asked him straight out if he was getting a solicitor? And he looked genuinely shocked saying NO does he need to? And am I getting one? (No I am not)....
We discussed Christmas with Samantha and what the plans are with her spending time with him and seeing his family.
Also I had to sign some papers that said I will be his transport/contact person when he has the 2nd part of his eye transplant done in January, so he can see that I still care for his health/ well being as my child's father.

Ive had a few sad moments over the week thinking about my life and decisions but I know it's the right thing to do and will be ok for everyone.
Freddie.... How fantastic that hubs will soon be home to recuperate they must be happy with his progress. mouth surgery is not that easy to heal as the moisture/bacteria can be a prob, and hard to eat/ maintain weight. Radiation is not pleasant in the mouth area but he sounds like a real trouper and with such a wonderful support person, how can he go wrong, X (PS: that was my experience with my late husbands cancer surgery of the lower lip/mouth area) A good positive attitude and a sense of humour are sure to help with a fast recovery.
Jacks, good decision based on your needs/ wants, too bad if he isn't happy about it, you had some good times so that is something you both get, good memories.
Main.... Hope you're doing ok?
mioux.... how wonderful for your daughter n partner for the trip! Love the pic and the calendar Is very thoughtful and special! How is your son doing, are you still enjoying bids company? Or ready for own space? ๐
Hi Braff, youcan, cuddly, HELLO Cynth Have missed you. X

Miss 16 has her Year 10 Formal tonight!
She stayed at my mums house last night and today she is getting all pretti-fied and I am heading straight after work to help her dress and then she is getting dropped via Hummer (my dads own), and I will buzz there in my car to be ready with camera!
So exciting!
Friday is her official Graduation, and she is getting an award for 1st in History. Looking forward to that.
Mr 13 has his presentation night next Monday where he is getting an award for Sport (of course) LoL.... although being that he is in a "sports" High school, it is impressive that he is excelling in that as the majority of the school population is there for same reason!
*proud mummy blerbling on....* :8}

Good afternoon OK'ers :-x
Thinking of the Freddies going home today! :-x
Kylie congratulations to your two beloved teens enjoying the prom and the presentation.
Don't ever feel regret for past decisions Kylie. Every experience has value. :-x
All is well in the Mioux family. My niece is feeling much better thanks to the medication and support she has, Master Kitty is well, although he's very tired. He says it's because he's doing the job of 3 people because they have cut staff. I think it's also because he plays computer games till the small hours. Miss Kitty is well, organising The Big Day Out festival.
I have 2 weeks off work at the start of January. I just have to get through Christmas ๐
Higs and big hugs :-x

I'm so glad to hear of everyone's news.
Kylie..you must be so proud.
And Cat...you too!
I've had it out with Mr. Potter about ALL the things that I was unhappy about and we are prepared to start again but slowly this time. I was suddenly feeling overwhelmed and frightened about the way things were in such a very short time. Mr. Potter is prepared to not left his laundry for me or make lunch or play games so here's to what happens next. I think I went about it all wrong when I addressed my concerns. Time will tell.
Hope the Freddies are on their way home now.
