I've been reading and catching up with a bit of your news. Sorry to hear about Mr Freddie but pleased you're both home for Christmas, Freddie  :-x

And Kylie hang in there, you can only fight for a lost cause for so long before you've got to change things.

I've just been working and doing the NEIS training (Cert IV small business management) which got pushed into the second half of year. It's been 14-18 hour days all year and I've almost turned to mush  :^O

It's been worth it though. The certificate came in the mail on Friday, which made my day  😄

I've got a shop set up on facebook selling hem vouchers so people can post their clothes that need hemming and we'll take the hems up and post back. $25 including the post back.

Seriously hoping to get lots of school uniforms soon  :^O

Hope everyone had a great Christmas Day!?

we were all terribly spoilt, especially Miss Samantha!! Omg, my house looks like a toy shop today, and in 3 weeks it will be her 1st birthday so even more gifts!!!

only downer was the ex being sulky cos he was missing out on my families Xmas celebrations (my mum n sis go ALL OUT and over the top for Chrissy!) I think his family will see Samantha today, but nothing confirmed yet...

Hi Freaky well done on your shop! It can only get better because no one these days even knows how to hem (the younger gen).

Kylie don't let your ex bring you down. He is responsible for his own happiness now.

We had a lovely laid back Christmas Day, a BBQ this year rather than a sit down traditional dinner, so it was easy and no stress. We just threw our meat on the barbie, the guys cooked, and we all brought salads and desserts to share. It was so de-stressful that we've decided to have a BBQ next year too!

I'm off to work .... but I only have another week to go and I'm hols for a couple of weeks. Yay!

The only dampener is that Master Kitty was told he has a meeting with management tomorrow. He suspects he is going to be retrenched. He works in retail and they have been sacking staff for the last 6 months.

We are trying to look on the positive side. When one door closes another one opens.

It can be a good time for getting a new job because lots of people are not looking and most who advertise need someone fast, at this time of year   😄
