My Mum had a stroke many years ago and got through it Cat. It is good he is at the hospital though and with family and friends around.

My brother has been moved to a Private Hospital, he's had his head and beard shaved in readiness for the after effects of the chemo, his wife thinks he looks like an olympic swimmer 😄

Catty, I hope I'm wrong - and I probably am - but i've had this little niggling concern in the back of my mind ever since you told us about the phone call. Is it possible that one of his ever-so-helpful mates has convinced him that he was somehow 'tricked' into having his name taken off the lease and if he gets onto the RE and makes enough noise they'll reinstate it so he can claim the house back and force you to move out? A load of rubbish I know, but it just could be the way his mind is working.

Thanks she-ele, I was just remembering my big burly cop Brother who broke down and couldn't finish talking about our SIL at her funeral 10yrs ago, he has a big soft squishy heart. 😞

Good news 🙂

Dad is okay. He had a mini stroke most 'probably' caused by the blood transfusion he received on Friday . If the bloods are put through too fast it can cause stroke symptoms. He has recovered, (mouth not droopy any more) and they are thinking of sending him home tomorrow! 😮

He is tough bugger! :^O

she-ele I don't think Mr Ex has sinister motives. He just wants a reference. Don't worry. The house is in my name only and the Bond Authority has the form that he signed transferring the Bond to my name. 🙂

But I wouldn't trust him (duh!) so no contact is my motto 😄
