Ok, I am back now and don't have many posts left, so please forgive me if this is long.

I had a most wonderful day today. I am now officially an old girl, 60 today, and I have been horribly spoilt by my lovely friends and family (but I love it:))

Hello OK'ers. Hope you are all travelling well? I have many pairs of orange undies now and wear them frequently, in fact it is my new best favourite colour.

Life here has been good. No real dramas. The family have moved into their new house, so things are back to normal, and our relationships are the better for not living in each others pockets.

L and I are off to Bali for pampering on Friday. H was going to come, but flying from Sydney and then getting a connecting flight was a bit much. Especially as she has just finished an accounting exam, so is exhausted from studying and working full time too.

Been doing a little chanting Ms Mioux, but need more discipline. Life, duties, boring stuff gets in the way so easily and now that it is so cold in the mornings it is hard to get up that 30 mins earlier...

Freddie think of you and yours often. Not really up to speed on how it is all going?

I get a sense Mr Ex will stop the emails/texts now. I think we have both closed the book. Just a feeling I have. I may hear from him again but it won't be for ages now. It's finished and I think we both know it.

Have a fabulous day everyone! I'm off to work. I've got what everyone else has got (sore throat, headaches) but I'm keeping the worst at bay by having lots of Vitamin C and rubbing lavender oil on my throat and neck and living on Panadol. It's working.

Gotta run, but lovely to see this thread still here. L has just rung and told me she thought we were both covered by her travel insurance, because she paid for the holiday on her credit card, but it seems only she is covered:(

Bali with no travel insurance? Not happening, so have arranged that but have to go to the bank and have a thousand things to do today.

Someone is coming to stay in my house and babysit Baz while I am away, so have to clean...eeeeek!

Wow lots has happened since I was last here.

I'm so proud of you cat, that would not have been easy and I gather even though you'd be proud of yourself for doing it, some little part of you would have been left feeling very sad to have had to do it.

So much has changed for you in such a short time. I now wish you the time to regroup and stop having to worry about which course to chart and just have some time for yourself to sit back and enjoy the scenery that goes along with the ride.

It's now not a matter of you can do it, have a look at yourself, you're doin it :-x and guess what, generally, you are ok.

This is where I get to sit back and say, told ya so. Now when you have your bad days, and they aren't over by a long shot, just stand back and assess the situation and you'll be able to say, I'm doing it and I'm ok. You'll be so proud of yourself when you realise that.
