Cat I was sitting here this evening (everyone has gone to bed) and I just started thinking of you. I hadn't been on here at the time, you just came into my mind. I (for some weird reason) burst into tears. I don't know if I am feeling your sadness but I just felt this overwhelming need to tell you how much you are loved and admired...even by those who don't "know" you.

Just wanted to let you know.

I've had a good talk with my sister today, who is also a Buddhist. She said I need to take my power back. Cutting the thread that binds me to Mr Ex (yes dtrh I believe the thread is mine) is scary on a number of levels i.e feeling responsible, wanting to fix his unhappiness, letting go of him.

I may phone him on the weekend and tell him so he really gets the message. It will also give him a chance to say what he wants which I think is fair.

Anyway, I'm going to have a good day today.

I'm sitting here in my bra and OK's because I had this bright idea of washing my uniform for work an hour ago. Just cranked up the dryer to HOT. They may end up a tad shrunk but at least I don't have to go to work nekid.

I hope I don't have old age dementia. 😮

Well you see it does, but it's a secret. Shhhh...don't tell anyone. It enables me to duck and weave at great speed.....
