cj:-x must be a relief that james crazy finally has had surgery-now he can recover and think about NO more hectic adventures X-( I hope the nurse was helpful enough to have the conversation with you re James crazy antics in front of him..
and hows your leg healing?sending you energy to get through all of this-take good care of yourself-if you can, take some time to relax,maybe a little treat??(like a calm cup of tea and some cake?)just thinking;-)

I am on my Dad's computer and the keyboard sticks and makes strange words, so if I forget to press spell check like I normal do (forget that is), then I ask for forgiveness in advance.

Ms Jacks, I hope Master James Crazy has been told explicitly what he is allowed to do and what he is NOT ALLOWED to do while he is healing. It will be so important for him to follow everything exactly or he will end up in worse trouble.
I agree with dtrh about sitting down and having a calming cuppa. If I lived near you I would come and have it with you.

Jacks thank goodness James has had his surgery. Now he can start healing properly. I know you feel tired and a bit overwhelmed. This shall pass. :-x

I'm feeling OK. The anger is still gone! It's amazing. No matter how hard I try to feel anger towards Mr Ex, nothing surfaces. It was his birthday a couple of days ago. I felt sad but I always knew there was sadness underneath the anger. Now I'm chanting for my sadness to heal.

I am determined to say this year I didn't just survive. I thrived!

Thanks Cat, Braff, dt, Cynth, Kylie, cuddly and all the lurkers and anyone I've missed for your thoughts and words. James is avoiding medication due to nausea it creates so is taking gentle medication for now. He is currently in my bed watching tv.

I hope your sadness dissipates Cat. It is fantastic that you are not angry with him because that would only mean that you are stuck :-x You aren't stuck..you are moving forward in a positive direction and your future is brilliant.

Braff...that sticky keyboard made me laugh a little.

ms Cat :-x a breakthrough..I think when we are able to not feel that anger,we are on the road to forgiveness-mr is just an ordinary person..doing his best,which,unfortunately was just not good enough for you..he will be released and then you may feel truely lighter than air..

thanks braff for your good wishes-I will try my best:-x my boss returned from overseas yesterday and phoned me today to thank me for my results..he said that I had recently broken any and all previous sales figures and was in my debt :8}..nice to be appreciated:-D

Jacks I understand James not wanting to take serious pain meds because of the nausea. I'm the same with morphine. After an operation I was hooked up to a morphine drip where I had to press it myself whenever I felt pain but it made me feel really sick. The nurse demanded I use it but I said I'd rather feel pain than nauseated.

dtrh of course you are brilliant! Any boss would be blessed to have you look after his/her business.

I do believe I have had a breakthrough and I'm grateful for that. This sadness will pass too. I haven't felt sadness without anger so I understand this is just another process. His birthday was difficult for a few reasons. His birthday was the first time I knew something wasn't right. When I walked into the garden, home from work, he was on the phone and his sister, who was staying with us for a couple of days, looked really shocked and guilty when she saw me. I learned later he was on the phone to 'her'. and his sister knew all about it. The warmer weather also brings up memories and emotions. I was so traumatised during that time last year. So there are many "anniversaries" to get through.

I've just spent ages reading posts from when Mr Ex moved out. I feel so much better now. There was so much support for me from you OK Wise Women. No wonder I got through that week ok. :-x

tis funny how the world sends out messages that to pop in here and there somedays, its been a hard and difficult road you have travelled along, whilst sharing your innermost hurts along the way in here.
Tis about time for the road to turn the corner and open up to new avenues l feel.
they may lead to dead end streets so to speak sometimes,but its always worth the journey down to see.

its all about the journey and how well you travel it l guess?
and to make sure you wear really bright colored chundies. it always makes me smile to have a frilly pair of witches britches giving you an extra kick along the day! kinda deal.
