Hi dear precious OK'ers!
dtrh you really have this incredible understanding, Wise Woman. I was in danger of burning out .. I woke up this morning and the thought of going into work was like being asked to climb Mt Everest. Not going to happen. I've pulled a sickie thank goodness! It's my sons birthday, it's close to 'the' aniversary of 'this time last year' and I miss my DD! She is working two jobs and I get to see her for all of 5 mins a day. But she has this afternoon off, so she and J are going to finish doing my Xmas shopping, then we are going supermarket shopping together later. I'm going back to bed in a minute.
S (Ava's mummy) won't be home for Xmas ๐ If there is no improvement soon she'll be transferred to the London Hospital which according to J is one the best in the world. He is desparate to talk to his brother but his brother is dividing his time between S and Ava.
J & DD have decided to go to the UK for Xmas next year and have invited me to go wth them! They have offered to pay for my ticket with a stop over at a Euro country of my choice! Hmmm .... Italy comes to mind.
๐ฎ
Not sure what to do ... I don't want to leave my son at Xmas ...anyway..will think about that when the time comes.
Hugs to Kylie, Cuddly, Jacks, dtrh and all who need them.
Breathe breathe breathe :-x

Hello all ~~~~~:-)
MsCat, Please let J know that I am sending healing/get well vibes to S. Also to baby Ava as she waits for her mummy to get better, and to J's brother with all the stress that he must be going through.
Aw! dtrh, - here is a hug back at you *hug*
MsJacks, fingers crossed that you are made more permanent with your job.
Kylie, thinking of you. If you can hold off for another 11 days that would be good. Trust me, being born at the end of the year sux. You need to start the year off with the bub.
My DD is an at the end of the year baby and at school she is always the youngest in the races etc. Someone has to be but she was every time. It will be much better when they call out 'those born in 2012 come here for your race'.
I have a friend who is due to give birth very soon. Due before the end of the month. Could even be at the same hospital where you are going (if it is at the same place you went to Target and didn't get all your parcels).
Good luck anyway, whenever you have 'it'.
I hope you had a lovely afternoon with Miss Kittycat MsMummaCat. :-x
Hello to MIA and all her friends. *waves*
I am very tired. I need to go to bed but I know that I won't sleep. ๐
on โ22-12-2011 02:32 AM
Ms Braff why can't you sleep? ๐
We have more news re: S. She has Pre-eclampsia and her kidneys and liver have been affected. Ava is at a different hospital but her daddy see's her everyday for a cuddle. Will tell J of your best wishes Ms Braff. Thank you.
MissKitty and I had a cuddle on the sofa/movie night. :-x
I feel so much better having taken today off work. I thoroughly recommend it!
Hugs to all and a special hug to Ms Keelia โฅโฅโฅ

I totally agree with holding off! But how do I let the bubba know!?!?! lol
My big thing is that I dont want to be in hospital on Xmas Day, my kids would really feel that and I would be super upset for them. So if I cant get in & out before the big day, I want to have bubs after christmas!
Id LOVE a New Years Day baby- that'd be a cool birthday I think!?? Anyway.... waiting is soooo annoying!
Goodluck to your firend with her impending birth, Im not at that Hosp that you mentioned. I live half-way between that one and another (which is semi-private). Last year when Miss 15 was admitted to the B Hosp with migraines they didnt get her a bed for 48 hours and was VERY poor care there- especially for a minor (whose dad had died from a brain tumor).... hubs said NO WAY we are having our baby there after that scarey incident!

Hello all ~~~~~~
Higs and hugs to everyone.
Kylie, when baby is cooked, the timer will go off and then off to the hospital you will go. I don't know that bubs knows how to read a calendar. ๐
Poor, poor S. I hope she recovers to treatment. What a shame she is so unwell and will miss her little Ava's first Christmas. That poor family.
That is lovely to hear that the Cat and Kitty had such a great day yesterday. I hope you are feeling on top again MsCat. :-x
Sending healing vibes to MIA and others who don't post here at the moment.
Wishng everyone a wonderful Christmas period and a great 2012.

Hey guys Merry Christmas! :-x
Kylie...we'll know if it's a boy if he comes before Christmas. All the best for a quick and easy birth if I don't get back here before the event :-x
Keelia...orry to hear you have been quite ill. Sending you lots of gentle hugs and well wishes.
I hope you feel rejuvinated after your day off cat. It sounds like you and Sally are really enjoying each other :-x
Hi ya Braff. Heard from Damien about your Santa message? :-x
Hugs to all that frequent the Orange knicker wearing thread *waving madly*
I'm so super emotional right now. My ex husband just had George Clooney delivered to my door. (OK. He bought a Nespresso machine for Christmas last year for me. And just now has had some Nespresso coffee capsules delivered) Such an unexpected and thoughful present. I rang to thank him and he said , "They are from Master 6". Awwww. I have invited him to share my Christmas eve roast with us.
Heading out to serve the public until midnight tonight. UGH! Wish me luck.

Hi everyone.
Big (((hugs))) for all who need them.
Dilly, join the club. I am not on his favuorite posters list either. In fact my whole family is apparently cursed and will be punished for my wickedness. :^O
I am feeling much better now, and all the blood tests came back normal, so I guess it was just one of those things.
Mr Elephant and I are going to Perth tomorrow to have Christmas with DS and DIL. we won't be back till Tuesday, so I'll take this opportunity to wish all you lovely people
:-xA VERY HAPPY OK CHRISTMAS:-x
May Santa bring you lots of goodies, and may the New Year bring you health, happiness and everything you wish for yourselves. xxx
(Kylie, I'll be specially thinking of you - I hope you make it through Christmas Day without an extra little present)

Thanx Jacks, Im getting so curious now about the sex of the baby! I nearly found out at the last scan, but stayed strong! I really do prefer the surprise after all the effort of childbirth! LoL
Your ex sounds like a decent guy, it's lovely to hear that ex'es can be nice to each other like that.
Good luck in retail world, I hear it's pretty crazy out there!! Sooo glad I was organised this year!!
