Jacks, do you still have lots of shifts? ( I am glad I saw the error in that spelling before I pressed 'Post' )

Well that made me laugh out loud Ms Braff  :^O :^O

mindtobusy I love this line from a poem about The Quiet Mind.

The night discharged of all care

Worrying is insidious. Its always at the back of the mind. It takes up so much of our prescious time, yet it doesn't really do anything constructive for our problems.

I wish I knew the answer. My teacher says if you have a problem you do two things. You pray (chant) and you make the causes to solve the problem. If you don't know what causes to make then pray. Prayer itself is a cause. Once you have done what you can then surrender the problem to The Universe / God.

I hope things start improving soon ((hugs)).

Hugs and higs to Ms Braff, dtrh, Kylie โ™ฅโ™ฅโ™ฅ

Update: Ava is home! J's parents are looking after her while M travels back and forth to Sally.

Sure you meant shifts?

Work wise yes. Energy / drama wise...I can only hope 2012 shifts energy around soon. :-x

I'm working around 6 days a week at the moment. Little crazy wants to go to the zoo so I'm going to have to 'book it in' before school goes back.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Kylie...I'm feeling for you :-x

:^O  My wretched typing skills keyboard has a habit of leaving letters out of words or adding extra letters that I don't need.  ]:)

That is my story and until you can come up with a better one then I am sticking with it.  ๐Ÿ˜›

How wonderful that Ava is home.  Now M only needs to concentrate on being at one hospital with one patient.  How exhausting the whole process must be for him.

Still sending the whole family special thoughts and get well vibes.

Oh dear, Master James Crazy is causing you grief Jack.  It is so hard when you are not allowed to belt the carp out of them discipline them the way that you feel is necessary. ๐Ÿ˜

Keep on keeping on folks. :-x

Well Braff..I'm not wanting to get angry at James but I have questioned him about his participation in this scenario if any.

Yesterday my son was stopped by a red light on the street, when his long time enemy (one who has wanted to fight him since high school) came onto the street (jumped the footpath) from a McDonalds carpark and started to destroy my sons car by kicking it. James ran the red light to protect himself. Police where offering options but basically said, "You have to live with the  decision you make about this, not me" WTF?

History says. this kid and his mates are not someone to rile up. It's a kind of terrorism to be honest. James can't drive around his own town without being mindful that these young yobs are going to set on him whenever they get an opportunity...even in the middle of the day. Pretty scary.

Geez, that's a worry, Jacks. When you say the police offered options what options did they suggest? Were they speaking to your son or did you or his go to see them?

I met my son at the police station then his dad arrived a short while later. They spoke of formally making charges but with 20 odd witnesses on this kids side and no witnesses on my sons side...blah blah. He could take out at protection order but if he breaks the order it needs to be proven (again) that it happened. Doesn't give us much comfort.

Apparantly another kid my sons age had involved police at one stage and a couple of days later their house was destoyed, ransacked and smashed to bits. It's really un-nerving. It reminds me of people breaking into my last home (same area different street) but local police couldn't do anything because these people had a AVO on the local police. 2012 looks like a good time to relocate.
