It's been an extraordinary last few days. I'm back to chanting.

My Team Leader had a meeting with the manager, about my meltdown and how I needed stress leave. Yesterday, the manager came storming out of her office and said "we have to do something about this otherwise we'll lose them !".  😮

So ... management are arranging programs to help us (the supervisors) deal with stress. An  "abuse policy"  will be put in place where we will be allowed to terminate contact with abusive customers and not fear getting ourselves teminated. We will have our own personal Team Leader who will be there to support us and we will be given ongoing training because knowledge is empowering.  😮

So I'm feeling empowered today. I feel good knowing my meltdown has had a purpose.

And I survived the first year. A little worn but I'm still here 😄

What an amazing photo Jacks! It's just beautiful, the blue sky, the wispy clouds and there is James!

Did he love the experience?! What was it like watching him?

I'm off to work, tired, pale, dizzy but strangely OK. I feel like a  huge weight been's lifted and I feel peaceful and hopeful.

Cat, he loved it and wanted to do it again straight away! We purchased a professional DVD and photos of the actual jump and ride to earth. It's awesome. I was just as shaky as him when he landed. I'm so happy for him.

Too bad about work Cat. I got an unexpected early mark today.

I have been paragliding behnd a boat in New Zealand.  It was unreal.  I would do it again in a heartbeat. :-x

I have tickets to go and see the taping of The Voice on Wednesday.  There had better not be a stuff up like today when a couple of 100 people were turned away even though they had tickets, because they had overbooked.
