Miss Kiara is almost always inside at night. She refused last night though. I attempted to pick her up her but she ran away under the house. The last time she refused to come inside at night, she had a head trauma and was rushed to the vet.
Yes, I love loud helicopter noises ๐

My sister is an unsung hero :-x
Last night she witnessed a car crash. She grabbed her First Aid kit from her car and raced over there. There were 4 young guys (drunk) in the car. One of the guys pointed to the driver and slurred "he's a goner". The driver was slumped back in his seat, blue, not breathing but he had a pulse. My sister went into nurse mode and got the guy breathing again. When the ambulance arrived she just got into her car and drove home without anyone knowing her name. She was in shock and said she just had to get away from the scene once the ambo guys arrived and there were plenty of witnesses who saw the crash.
I think she's amazing. She dealt with the drunk passengers by keeping them calm and she did what she had to do to save the guys life. :-x

That's awesome Cat. I have been trained in first aid and have attended some traffic accidents but my mind does not work at that moment I have comforted people in accidents and called for an ambulance but was never confident in performing first aid. I tend to freeze in crisis situations.
Your sister sounds very worthy of congratulations!

Yes, she is the lovely She-Ele :-x
I, however, almost caused a car crash today.
I grabbed all my shopping bags from the car and was walking up my driveway when a car slammed on the brakes, causing the car behind to slam on the brakes and start tooting the first car and while all this was happening an old guy was walking up to me on the footpath. I stood there holding my bags of shopping thinking 'WTF?!' when the first car's tinted window wound down and the guy said "oh you dropped something", smiled then the two cars drove off and the old guy said "I'll pick it up for you". I said thank you and "I wondered what all the tooting was about" and the old guy said "cos you're good looking". :^O
What caused all the drama?
A leek.
For my meatless sheppards pie tonight.

*sigh*

Jacks my sister is an oncology nurse so she's used to working under immense pressure so it was automatic for her to do what she had to do.
I don't know what I'd do either. I'd be afraid of making the situation worse.

Oh wow! On Saturday night I had a dream my ex had died. I wasn't sure if it was him exactly but it was a father figure. I was consoling my children in their beds.
I just got a phone saying my dad just got home from hospital after being taken there early Sunday morning. He's OK. Something about his suger levels dropping (he's not diabetic though) and he's home now.
I spoke to his girlfriend just now and told her she should have called me. She said she had all her family over yesterday. ๐

You were picking up the energy from your dad being is a crises Jacks and your subconcious brought it to your attention through your dream. Sometimes the actual details get confused though i.e thinking it was your ex. I once had a vision while driving to pick up my DD from school that she had appendicitis. She was fine but when we got home there was a message that my sister had been rushed to hospital with appendicitis.
OMG of course your dad's GF should have called you! ๐ฎ I hope you have told her in no uncertain terms that she is to call you if anything like that happens again.
PS It wasn't me that stopped trafffic Jacks, the old guy was just being funny (and v kind). It was my leek that caused all the drama
naughty leek :^O
