I'm going to buy a special box today and whenever I see something I really like, as in a magazine or sale catalogue I'm going to cut it out and place it in my "Things that are in my life" box. It's a different version of the Vision Board.

I hope the kids are OK now after that experience.

Have they been to a funeral before ?  If not, what right does she have to take them to one.

Welcome back b3lla! I hope you had the best time in the USA.

Kylie - Samantha's Naming Day looked beautiful! I love the colour of the cake (superb) and the girl pink and purple lolly buffet. The photo's of Samantha in her gown are a bit fuzzy but I can see she looks so sweet. Well done organising such a lovely and special day.

Mrs Braff 1 day to go!  Have you got the concert tickets yet? How exciting!  *Mrs Braff jumps up and down on the bed shouting whoo hooo*

Jacks - I bought myself a pretty round box for $6 at one of those reject shops. I'm looking through House & Garden magazines for things that make me go "ooooo I'd love one of those!". On top of the box I've written "Whatever is in this box - is!". The fun part is watching how fast these things appear in your life. The purpose is to believe and have fun. Remember when I manifested my green sofa in 21 days? I believed so strongly I kept saying "no thanks, I'm getting a green sofa" when people kept offering me their old sofa's. I KNEW I was going to receive a light green sage sofa that was new or almost new. And the key is not to focus that you haven't got it yet. Focus on how happy and excited you are to have it.

I've also put in my special box an advertisment with the words "safe and secure retirement" and a picture of a woman my age smiling and looking joyful, because that's what I want.

B3lla, I have never been to the States but the other day I had a lovely offer to be shown around LA if I ever went there.

I really want to go to  Canada since my Grandfather (who passed away when my Dad was a boy) was Canadian.  So I guess I am 1/8th Canadian.  :8}

We tend to go to Europe though.  MrBraff's choice.

How is the weather in your part of Austrlalia everyone?

After having some beautiful weather finally, here in Sydney we have been having flash flooding etc.  It is fine at the moment.

Is the pic of a clock counting down the hours till the gorgeous Mr Damo's new album is out?

My all time favourite artist is Kate Bush. Miss Kitty said she thinks she is touring Australia soon but I can't find any information other than she hasn't toured in decades. Kate is still putting out albums - her latest is 50 Words For Snow.

I read about the flash flooding in Sydney 😞  Here in Melbourne it's overcast.

And yes, I'd like fries with that  😄

Welcome back B3. I seemed to have missed your post last night. Did you have a good time?

Cat...I'm going to go shopping for a pretty box too. I want and need so many things so I'm going to start being really practical. New frypans and a new vac. I already have my circulon 5 piece set picked out so I can cook pancakes that look like pancakes :8}

The weather here is undecided today Braff. Rain, sun, rain, sun. Makes it difficult to get the sheets dry.

Starting work at 5 tonight. Who's bright idea was late night shopping? huh?

Master 6 and Miss 15 (AKA Charlie, for  'cheer up Charlie' when she is having a tantrum or winge which is often lol) had haircuts this morning. And I've cleaned the kitchen after Miss 19 cooked a very sticky dry version of tuna bake last night. God bless her. She had a go so I didn't make any comment apart from thanks chicken. :-x

Have a great day everyone. Work called me in to do another shift today but I decline. I've barely spent any time with the kids these holidays 😞 So I'm off to sit with Master 6 while he reads me the story of Lady and the Tramp. :-x
