man I get all busy like and meanwhile stuff happens to others..d'oh-who would have thought it?I have only just caught up..I have been thinking of you wise ones and sending thoughts your way, but I feel a bit:Oand now I just want to focus on a couple-hope thats OK.

cj :-x thinking of you, sending your mum calm, clear energy to help her to allow others to care for her..I am sending your brother warm support as well,it sounds like he is quite frightened by all the decisions that need to be made..and of course,for you cj, a big((())) to help you cope and not feel so far away..you are doing your best and I can only think how difficult it must seem for you..take care of yourself as well- remember that,please. If theres anything you need, please let us know..we are here for you..

ms Cat:-x I have read and reread your post#7984 v odd,but I have pondered these thoughts for some time too..I realised that I have a belief that I am not good enough!How mad is that?Well, Im really tired of that old attitude and Im going to get me a new attitude. Thats why I changed to YCDI.Those are BIG words for me..:-)

Im glad the heating is back on-did the plumber let you in on what the prob was?and great news re miss Kittys bag-its good that there are so many honest people..Have she & J settled in well and truely?Hows work and your teamleader gig going?

I found the 4km fairly easy, and I was motoring that pram past loads of people! :8}

Miss 15 was whining beside me that I was going too fast! LoL oh... and her legs were sore, she had a stitch, she was puffed.... rah rah rah... lol ... I was laughing at her as she had to trot/jog a few times to catch back up! :^O hehehe

Today she is laughing at me however.... I had my first official P/T sesh back after baby! OOOOOOMMMMGGGGG!!!!! :_| I can barely walk, I will have trouble getting out of bed tomorrow!!

Im walking like Ive pooped my pants! Kids think it's hilarious! Getting in & out of my 4WD.... sooo hard! Picking Sammy up off her playgym on the floor.... near impossible! 😐

THIS is my old style training, my P/T knows me and knows how to push HARD!

No way we could put ourselves thru as much! Just wanna stay in bed for 2 days til I feel better!

BUT.... I will *at least* go for a 5km walk tomorrow, but hopefully go to the gym for a light workout if the fam is ok home with bubba!?

CJ thinking of you and hope your Mum is a lot better.

YCDI , the funeral was last Monday.  It was pretty much all in Italian even though she heas lived here for probably more than 45 years.  Mr Braff met up with a cousin that he hadn't seen since he was a boy, so that was nice.  We were pretty much the only Anglopeople there.

On limited time here and I have to do other things so wending higs and hugs to all  ~~~

YCDI - the thing I love about Buddhism is that according to the Buddha we are all perfect (Buddha Nature). It's just that we need to work at activating our perfection. Like the Lotus Flower that blooms from the mud. We have the seed of Buddha Nature inherent in us all.

We can all do it! We have infinite potential. We are good enough and happiness is our right.

Miss Kitty and J have settled in their new apartment. J has taken over the kitchen (his domain) and made it blokey. He has a giant poster of Rocky on the wall. The living room has been taken over by Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty keeps the heating remote in her hand and when J leaves the room she cranks up the heat and when he comes back in she quickly turns it down and he says (sweating) "have you turned the heat up?" and she sweetly says "no". :^O

Mrs Braff - hmmm Singapore Airport. This kitty thinks you may be visiting Vietmam? Hong Kong? Paris? London? Venice?

have the best time and tell us all about your mystery trip!

PS I'm not being paying more for team leading and I keep hitting the glass ceiling. It bothered me until I asked myself "do I want a career in this place? Is this my passion?"  NOPE.

So I've let it go. It's a job and I'll stay until The Universe provides the next exciting adventure in the life of Ms Mioux. 😄
