Hi and hugs to everyone!
Ms Jacks what are dreams about? Perhaps if we can understand what they mean, they may stop. ๐
I hope work was OK.
I'm glad Miss 15 has at least contacted you.

Hi Cat. :-x
Work was better than I thought it was going to be.
Miss 15 met with her dad this morning for breakfast. She knows we both love her and want her back. What can we do apart from trying to keep the communication open and accept (although not happy) that she wants this.
Dreams hmmm. Worst dreams so far is me being in hospital and not being able to communicate and being taken back to a hospital bed everytime I went to leave. It's exactly what mum would have gone through when her partner put her in hospital at one stage because she was so frustrated, she threw a glass on the floor. He then called the ambo's to take her away saying she was aggressive. She was sedated and restrained for being assertive. She had to stay for 5 days. I remember arriving at Taree hospital one night and she cried and cried. We hugged for the longest time. She was discharged the next day for weekend release (sounds like jail doesn't it?)
He limited everything. Including cups of tea. It was a horrible nightmare and to think that my mum lived it makes me so sad.

Oh, another dream was about a million cockroachs crawling all over the place. I managed to kill most of them with spray.

Jacks, this could be the meaning of your bad dreams.
She was sedated and restrained for being assertive.
I know you have had to stand up and be assertive to many people during this time. We can often feel restrained when people choose not to listen to us and make us feel we are not in control.
They make you feel there is something wrong with you (hospital) when you don't "toe the line" i.e do as they want you to do or sweep your concerns under the rug, so to speak.

The swarm of cockroaches may mean feeling overwhelmed and threatened but you did manage to kill them! ๐
I used to have dreams of huge wasps flying in my face but I did manage to punch them away from me.

During the time since losing my mum, I had had some signs from her. The night of her service, I had my dad and a couple of cousins come back to my house.
The front door blew open twice. Then I went outside to the front verandah with the light on to have a smoke and there before me was a beautiful almost white OWL. He was gorgeous just a few feet in front of me, looking and sitting still. I called for my dad and my cousin and told them to come quietly and slowly outside. They saw the owl too and we all cried. A short time later it flew off in silence. It was a very special sign that mum was safe and happy.
I also had a huge black crow land next to me yesterday at work. I assume this means that I will see more signs of her.

Yes Jacks the owl and the crow are signs your Mum is sending to you to comfort you :-x

It is comforting knowing our loved ones are still here, just in a different form and we will see them again.

Kylie needs a big squishy hug from the OK ladies :-x
PS How is hubby behaving?
I've got the 'haven't chanted for ages' blues. I really need to chant every day to keep my blues away. I've even been thinking of contacting Mr Ex. Holy sheep dip! *runs off to chant*
