Hello lovely peoples โฅ I haven't been in for a while, I had a bad couple of weeks with pain in my hip, back and kidney area I believe it's a SE from the medication i'm needing to take for the next 5 yrs ๐ a visit with the Oncologist last week and a script for osteo panadol x 6 times a day has given me relief. I will be having some CT scans and a bone scan next Wednesday, and of course bloods to check all is going well. I need to get the mischief back in my life ]:)
Hope you are all well, happy and sharing the love with those who mean a lot to you.

Hey freddie, sorry to hear you've had problems with medication. Its crazy sometimes the SE are worse than the condition the med is trying to help.
I'm not going as well as I hoped with cpap. I'm only averaging 4hrs a night with one of those hours being wide awake trying to get to sleep, still waking up tired. The only positive so far is I don't get the splitting headaches anymore. This isn't helping my mood overall, so the down in the dumps depression is getting to me as well. I have an appointment with a nurse at the sleep centre on Monday and might have a mini meltdown if things haven't improved.
Hugs to all:-x

OMG braff, it was brilliant. The weather in Sydney was perfect. I/we caught the Manly ferry and I sang a bit of Australian Crawl song to myself on the way back to the Quay. We saw a huge ocean liner leaving on the way back too which was very exciting and a real eye opener to compare it's size to the bridge it just fitted under!
The bridge climb was beyond all expectations. It was so interesting to listen to the information the guide had to tell us. We walked everywhere so then we were able to eat, drink and be merry guilt free.
We went to Martin Place and gazed through the window to see Sam and Andrew on Saturday morning then caught the bus to Bondi Beach for mothers day lunch.
Apart from the two girls having a tiff ( typical bloody kids, they still aren't talking to one another X-() they were really good and had their hands in their pockets all weekend paying for things. My nephew came from the Holdsworthy army barracks and took us out to lunch at the Lowenbrau Keller in the Rocks.
The plane ride home was a bit turbulent, but we all survived ๐
I had a lovely time. Thanks for asking.
