Hello all from Bern.  I've been here a few days now,.  Took some time out to go to the top of Europe.  I was at the top of Jung Frau, walking in snow on top of the mountain and looking at ice carvings inside the mountain.  T'was a great day.

I haven't done the swiiiiiiiiiiiing yet MsCat but I was making arrangements for it today at Interlaken before we caught the 3 trains up to Jung Frau.

This time next week it will be all over.

I will be getting a professional photo at the time and I am hoping MrBraff will be able to get some footage/photo also.  The professional photo though is only as you go over the side of the canyon.  I want photos as I am swinging between the glacial canyon.  Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.  I'm totally pumped.

I hope Sammy is feeling a lot better now Kylie.  Poor litle pet.  Big but soft hugs for her.

Have a wonderful holiday MsFreddie.  Mr Freddie too.  I hope you get lots of R & R.

Ms Cat that is an amazing weight loss.  Good on you for being able to do it.

I am writing this from Zurich.  We arrived on Thursday afternoon but leave here tomorrow.  I am about to go and get some dinner.

I'm hoping everyone is well.

Not lung until my wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee canyon swing.

Mioux, great weight loss! You must feel better for it?
I've dropped a dress size but no change on the scales..... Kind of annoying but am continuing with clean eating and regular exercise & PT once a week, and hopefully they will match up as I had/have 15kg to drop to be back to pre-pregnancy weight. Which was a healthy size 12& 70kgs, I'm quite tall so that sat well with me 🙂

Kylie it's frustrating when you don't see a drop on the scales but you have dropped a whole dress size! Scales do my head in so I only weigh myself every 10-14 days. But I can see a big difference in my clothes .. they are starting to look too big for me, my work pants will be falling off me in a few weeks lol.

Hello to all the lovely OKer's from sunny Burleigh Heads QLD. We are having a lovely relaxing holiday, tomorrow we are going to catch the train up to Brissy for the day, there's shopping to be done woohooo. Mr F has had some pain in the hip area, that has slowed us down a bit.
