Morning ms mioux and okers

haven't posted on here for ages but wanted to tell you about the coconut oil

I had dermatitis/excema around my nose, behind my ears etc for a couple years.  The steriod type creams the doc prescribed only worked if I kept using them but I read about them and found they are a catch 22.

After reading more I found articles about coconut oil, bought some and after two months.....no more dermatitis ! It's organic and I may start taking a spoonful daily after such a great result.

I also use it once a week on my whole face/neck and my skin feels lovely.

Be interesting to see the effects of taking it dailey.

Soul congrats on curing your dermatitis! I had a red itchy patch on my calf last summer. Cortisone made it worse! I tried lavender oil, aloe vera ... nothing worked until I tried Paw Paw ointment. It went away after a few weeks but if I missed a day during those weeks it came back again. So I kept using it until the 'rash' went completely away and then for another week after that. It's never come back.

I've found another use for coconut oil. So far I've been using it on my face, hands and hair. Now I've started "oil pulling". You swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 15-20 min's then spit out and rinse. It's supposed to 'pull' toxins out of your body and has lots of health benefits. Whohoooo!

๐Ÿ™‚

Higs and hugs to all the OK'ers.

PS Kylie hope you are feeling better today Heart

I was still feeling very down all day. Lots on my mind and feel a bit swamped.

My nan was at my house babysitting today while i worked, and a man in a suit came around looking for the Ex! Nan said he doesn't live here anymore and she doesn't know where he is and he left a card with a phone #

She was a little concerned so I called the guy back and found out he was a mercantile agent and that "someone" (the Ex's scamming parents) are wanted for fraudulent activity and had put ex & my house addy as a reference for their gains (as well as his brother) and they were looking for info on their whereabouts!

I was furious and made sure this guy noted that my ex and his family have NO part of my house then or now! That I had no phone numbers or daddy's for them (they change them and move often), but I would def pass on the card to my ex when I saw him next time.

Doesn't surprise me. So happy that they are not a part of my life! A few years ago the parents got a credit card and used the other sons addy, when the didn't pay some repo guys came to take stuff from this struggling family and they had such a hard time proving they were not the parents with the debts!
Another time the dad hit a car with his truck and gave a false name & addy to the other driver to get out of the blame/costs!
Hideous feral people!

I've been pondering ...

I know I said I would never date again .. ever. But that was over 2 years ago now. I'm just starting to think "wouldn't it be nice".

I'm not going out looking. The thought of singles clubs/RSVP is such a depressing thought. I do know that when the "student is ready the teacher appears" or in this case "when the single woman is ready a fun date appears".

I'm not quite ready. If a man asked me out on a date I'd run away. But I'm thinking about it.

PS The infidelity forum I used to live on in the early days said it takes half as long as you were with the cheater, to recover. i.e if you were together 10 years it can take 5 years to recover from the betrayal. I remember thinking there was no way I was going to spend 5 years of my life "recovering" from NoNads! Although I do admit I think about 'it' every day. Some days it's just a fleeting thought, other days it's more. Some times I dream about him but there's no love there. Just annoyance that he's appearing in my dream!

But the thought of spending time with a fun guy who is kind, intelligent, funny, bright ... makes me tingle just a bit.  Cat Embarassed

Mioux, I think that's great! You deserve to be treated like amazing woman that you are by someone worthy of your love and your time!

It's over a year for me and I am enjoying chatting/flirting to men, but truly wouldn't be fair to bring them into the mess that is my life right now.
As soon as mediation is over I'm serving divorce papers to get closure and routine where the ex is concerned, then maybe I can move on with another??
Although I'm super busy with 2 teens & a toddler... Most guys would run a mile!!! Hahaha

Hey everyone,

I'm so tired tonight, was in Melbourne on Monday, delivered papers yesterday and back to Melbourne today. I also have to go back to Melbourne on Monday. Thats approx 1000km all up! A bit sick of driving atm.

Anyway, I'm doggy sitting the parents dog Lily as they have finally gone on a long deserved holiday. We had to install a bigger doggy door as Lily could only fit her head through the other one (she enjoys her food to much). Lily is such a well behaved dog, she even talks to me!

Hope everyone is well, hugs to all.

So glad you're away from them Kylie.

Cat, it will happen when you least expect.

Not much happening here, just minding my own business and keeping to myself. Can't say I like visiting CS much any more.
