Stress leave requires doctor's certificates etc. etc. I think he is telling you fibs. But that doesn't matter because you are used to him lying to you by now.

Removing the pool lights was a low act but remember, he will have the annoyance of finding somewhere to store them if he is living in assisted accommodation. Govts don't supply pools in state housing ๐Ÿ™‚

Just keep remembering, as soon as he is gone, 'most' of your stress will dissipate so instead of dreading it, look forward to it.

Hugs

WOW he gets paid for stress leave and you get the stress.

I hope the Skanks OH comes round and punches him in the nose, now that would be a sight.

It would be funny if she does not leave her husband LOL, where would that leave him.

Cat Meditate, build a brick wall in your mind and dont let him pull it down, You CAN do it.

We are sending you all the strength vibs we can.

Remember he is not worthy of kissing your feet he is a liar and a cheat

Jimmy Buffet says you gotta "chew a little juicyfruit, it's good for the soul"

SO
buy a few packs of chewy,
chew your little heart out,
then stick the chewed up bits of chewy in his stuff,
like his jox, his laptop, his razor, inside his shoes, etc

I love the way you think Scarlett.

You only need to stick the chewy under one keyboard letter, "L", so his passionate "I ove you, I ove you" will look rooooooly silly ๐Ÿ™‚

Okay so maybe The Universe decided having him around 24/7 for the last week will make me dance with joy the day he moves out instead of bawling? :^O

okay, I've decided, yet again, to ignore him. I think I've said everything. But then again ...

I know I should be ignoring him for my own sanity but when I saw he had got up early just to have his conversation with her in private - X-(

I'm so damn tense my shoulders are up around my ears and my muscles are so tight they hurt. I can't believe he doesn't have to finish his last week at work. That means he'll be home 24/7. Breathe breathe breathe ...

freddie - wait a bit, I just sent the email. If it doesn't arrive in a couple of hours let me know. I didn't send it through ebay because half the time it doesn't work. :-x

Yeah, and he reckons it was all over with her. pffttt.

I would not be able to resist letting her hear me mouth off in the back ground either. I have poor impulse control in times of stress. I react first then regret later.

Still say you are coping a lot better than I would have.

It must be so hard, thinking you were in a long term relationship, not perfect, but whose are.

Then, the shock of discovery, then him now acting as if this is all a natural progression for you both, and you must "get it" by now. Hence him feeling he can tell you how he feels about her, contacting her in front of you. Cause in his mind you and he are over, he is not looking back at what you once were together. Only thinking of himself and her.

This, I imagine would be one of the hardest aspects of his betrayal to cope with.
