I'm doing OK. Lately I've been waking up feeling afraid but then I'll sit and chant and within 5 mins I'll feel hopeful and happy again.

Taking each day as it comes and praying to get through peacefully and calmly.

I haven't popped in lately, but gee you're doing so well, it really is impressive and very inspiring.

I amazed at how incredibly strong you are with everything that life has thrown at you over the past few months. Life's can be a !bleep!, but you've come back at it with your boxing gloves on. I hope you are really, really proud of yourself. :-x

I couldn't sleep last night .. kept waking up feeling excited because ..

I was reading about Buddhism last night in bed and reading the same quote I've been reading for the last 11 years. "If you seek The Mystic Law outside of yourself you will never gain Enlightenment".

Last night I finally got it! I finally understand what this means. yay! 😮

It means: If you blame others or circumstances for what happens in your life you are not taking responsibility. We make the causes and therefore experience the effects (Karma) which determines our lives. The Mystic Law basically means everything is connected, always has been, always is and always will be. Everyone has Buddha Nature. Even inanimate things have Buddha Nature. Everything. When we reveal our Buddha Nature we also 'bring' out Buddha Nature in our environment. Our environment responds to our Buddha Nature (pure higher self). This also means our environment responds to our 'fundamental darkness" i.e negativity. It is what is within that attracts people, events, situations to us.

The Law Of Attraction (The "Secret") is actually based on Buddhist concepts.

I get it I get it I get it!

I had another moment of insight a few days ago. I realised I equate love with fear. I had this subconscious mantra "everything I love goes away" because of specific events that happened when I was a child. In fact I remember saying this to myself as a child.

Now I'm chanting to change this 'mantra'. To love more profoundly and without fear.
