Well my day started off pretty meh. I don't do Wednesdays well. It's my day off and I have too much time tho think.
Anyhoo after taking miss 16 for an hour long drive, which she did a pretty good job with too I might say (finally :O) I went for a hot stone lomi lomi massage.
It was devine and just what I needed to recharge myself. The kids gave me a voucher for my birthday in March and it was the best present ever. Thankyou kiddies. XXX mwahhhh mum :-x

And now I'm feeling extra good about myself cos someone just said COSM again at cats comment AND I now know what it means. 😉

lomi lomi is Hawiian for massage. So basically they massage you with hot rocks. It's WONDERFUL.

It's good to have a laugh in between feeling flat and afraid, so thanks 'Charlie' for your COSM email :^O

I'm increasing my chanting - over an hour a day. As soon as I came home from work I chanted for 30 mins before bed and I feel better this morning.

I've taken it upon myself to battle a sister over where and when we are scattering dad's ashes. She wants to do it now but a couple of us (including me) are not ready so I'm insisting that we wait awhile. It's too soon. I'm not ready for the 'final' goodbye.

Ms Chuk we are worrying about you. I hope you are okay and staying strong.

Thanks so much Catty, I so apprciate everyones prayers and support. My Brother went back to Hospital yesterday for a double dose of chemo, he will stay for 4 days and depending on how he is he will go home again to be with his family 😞
