Although I think my brain is improving since the "A and FA" (Affair and Fall Out day).

The first month I was a danger on the roads. I could not concentrate for more than 2 seconds. I couldn't follow the TV nor read a book.

Yes, I think I am improving but my brain feels so tired not to mention my body. I guess it's understandable having to process such shocking realisations as well as the death of my dad only 3-4 weeks after Mr Ex moved out. And having to go from working part time to full time in an already stressful job.

I feel a rampage of appreciation coming on ...

I am FREE. I am free to live the best possible life. I am free from abuse, emotional and verbal. I am free to have only those people who have genuine love and respect for me in my life. I am free to love who ever I choose and one day I will experience a true reciprocal love. I am free and in control of my finances and my life.

I am free to chant for my happiness.

:-D

I have a bad habit of calling my children by the wrong name...almost always ๐Ÿ˜ž

I also say this dyslexic. Example; I need to get new rego so I can get the tyres done

Oh I know Jacks. I have dyslexia with numbers. If I see a sequence of numbers i.e 65793 the only way I can repeat the numbers is by seeing the pattern of the sequence. Not as numerical but as a picture of squiggles. I memorise the squiggles like art then I can repeat them. Maths was a nightmare at school.

How do you get by with word dyslexia?

People tend to just end up saying, "I know what you mean" lol. My mother says things in almost a morse code so I think it was a learned behaviour. :^O

The calling the kids different names is very common though isn't it? I used to do it all the time, often including the dog's name before I finally got it right:^O

Keelia, you describe the things I do... almost to a t!
Though I have learnt to finish making the bed before going on to something else....got that from boarding school.
Bed making and hanging out a whole load of washing seem to be the only things I can guarantee to get through LOL

But I have been known to realize that the sink is still half full of dishes in the middle of the afternoon when I started washing up after brekkie!

Good morning everybodies :-x

I've stepped up the chanting. I've noticed whenever I go through an angry stage I end up in a sad stage. ๐Ÿ˜

Hugs to those that need them. โ™ฅโ™ฅ
